Story
#A5759841 Meet Bingo , a 1-year-old terrier mix with a silky, cream-colored coat - like marshmallow fluff with just a sprinkle of peanut butter brown from tip to tail. This sweet boy came to the shelter as an owner surrender alongside his brother Bluey (#A5759840) , and they are clearly a bonded pair - adopting them together would bring them endless joy! While adopting a duo takes a bit more effort, you’ll be richly rewarded with twice the cuddles, love, and companionship. Bingo can be shy and quiet in the shelter, but his gentle, soft personality shines through, hinting at the confident, loving pup he’ll become in the right home. Small, low-energy, and easygoing, he’s perfectly content to romp around the living room and then curl up for cozy snuggles rather than going on long runs or hikes. This sweet boy is ready to settle in and be the calm, loving companion you’ve been waiting for. -1 year old white and brown terrier mix -25 pound male - may need to be neutered upon adoption, but the shelter can likely help with this! -may also need the standard round of shots and preventatives before he can go home with you, but the shelter can likely help with this as well -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 3/4/26 as an owner surrender - sadly, no reason was given -very closely bonded to his brother Bluey (#A5759840) , so would do best in a home that can take them both - for double the loving and companionship! -more low energy and low maintenance, content to romp around the living room then curl up for some cuddles with you, not hitting the road or the trail for any runs or hikes   BINGO’S VIDEO: https://youtube.com/shorts/jAP4df05iEw   For more information, contact volunteer Lor at  lor@unitedhopeforanimals.org ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. #A5759840 Meet Bluey , a 1-year-old terrier mix with a silky, cream-colored coat - smooth like cheesecake with just a sprinkle of graham cracker brown on his face and ears. This sweet boy came to the shelter as an owner surrender alongside his brother Bingo (#A5759841) , who he absolutely adores - if they could go home together, it would bring them endless joy, as they truly are all each other has left in this world, which must feel like it’s been turned upside down. Adopting this bonded pair means a bit more work, but you’ll be rewarded with twice the love, companionship, and heart-melting snuggles. Bluey can be shy and quiet in the shelter’s chaos, but his playful streak and bright personality sometimes peek through, giving us a glimpse of the happy, confident pup he’ll become in the right home. Gentle, sensitive, and calm, Bluey would make the perfect lapdog or cuddle companion for anyone ready to give him the time, patience, and love he deserves. Story
Comet is an approximately six-year-old Maltese. A friendly dog, he is a mixture of spunky, loving, and sassy with a medium energy level. Comet gets along with all dogs, male, female, large, medium and small. He would love to have a buddy or two in his home to play with and show him the way. Weighing in at nine pounds, he is currently being fostered with two big dogs and gets along with both. Comet has mastered potty training with no accidents in the last month. He loves going for walks and is excellent on leash. He enjoys going on adventures to new places and taking car rides, too. Comet likes hanging out with his people and is a good boy with visitors coming to the house. Comet does not annoyingly bark, but he does have a little little growl he sometimes uses to tell you he wants to be pet and sometimes to tell you he doesn't want to be bothered. It should not be mistaken as something bad, rather just him being sassy. At night he sleeps quietly in his dog bed. (Sometimes he wants to come up on his foster mom's bed to sleep and she does allow it.) Unfortunately, the people who had Comet before he entered the shelter did not take very good care of him and he had severe periodontal disease. The rescue had to remove all of his teeth as a result. He eats wet food and can eat small, soft treats. Comet loves to sunbathe on warm days and romp around in the yard with his doggie friends. Toys are not a huge interest, but he will occasionally play with them. It's very cute when he gets the zoomies and runs through the house with excitement. Comet is a great little dog who really wants to please and be part of a family. Could that family be yours?

Story
Richie is a kindly 8 year old gentleman who is mellow, moves at his own pace, and loves to sleep while looking adorable! He’s a very chill little guy who doesn’t need much exercise or attention. He just wants to chill next to you while you read a book or watch TV! He does appreciate a good head and back scratch and gave me some tail wags for more, but is not one to demand your attention by crying or nudging you! At 13 lb and very chill, giving him a home is a lot of reward for not too much work. He could be perfect for you even if you are not an active person!
