Story
Meet Hope! Hope’s name says it all—she’s the definition of resilience and new beginnings. Likely a Mastiff/Cane Corso mix, she currently weighs about 60 pounds (and still filling out beautifully). When rescued, Hope was heartbreakingly underweight at just 56 pounds, likely abandoned by a breeder and left to survive on her own. But through it all, her gentle, loving spirit never wavered. Now healthy, happy, and about 3–4 years old, Hope is blossoming into the incredible dog she was always meant to be. She’s a perfect mix of cuddle companion and adventure buddy—content to curl up next to you for a movie night or join you on a walk or hike. She’s playful, affectionate, and has that soulful look that melts your heart. Hope walks beautifully on a leash, adores people, and just wants to be close to her humans. She’s ready for a home where she can continue to thrive, surrounded by love, comfort, and a family who sees how special she truly is. * Fully vetted * Sweet, affectionate, and fun-loving * Loves walks, hikes, and being by your side * Ready to give (and receive!) all the love If you think Hope might be your perfect match, please email adopt@valleydogs.org for more information.

Please Contact (Current Owner of Dog):  Brittany Schultz; 510-458-4151; animal.shelter@sierravistaaz.gov MEET MAGNUM!! Magnum is a friendly, goofy, and even-tempered male dog who has been patiently waiting at the Sierra Vista Animal Shelter for over 340 days and is more than ready for a fresh start. He walks well on leash, enjoys car rides, and loves toys, bringing a playful spark and charm wherever he goes. Magnum does best with adults and would thrive in a calm, experienced home where he can soak up attention and structure. While he can tolerate other dogs, he would be happiest as the only pet, but any potential canine siblings should be introduced through a proper meet and greet. His history shows he does best in a stable environment, and with the right person, Magnum will be a loyal, fun-loving companion who’s eager to finally have a place to call home. Story
Leah is a stunning 90 lb Mastador (75% English Mastiff / 25% Lab) who perfectly captures the best of both worlds. At her core, she is a world-class lounger. If there is a TV on and a spot on the rug, Leah is happy to be your companion for a movie marathon. But don't let the Mastiff side fool you—the Labrador in her comes out the second she sees a pool! Leah is a rare big girl who loves to swim and play in the water. She is wonderful with children and other dogs, making her a great fit for a busy home. Leah does have a sensitive soul. She thrives on companionship and can get anxious and a bit 'mischievous' if left alone . She’s looking for a family where someone is home more often than not. Because she values her meals highly (food aggressive), she needs a home that understands how to give her a quiet, safe space to eat away from other pets. If you’re looking for a giant sweetheart who will watch your favorite shows with you and join you for a summer swim, Leah is your girl
