Hello! My name is Ronin, and I’m available for adoption.If you’re looking for a fun, smart, and athletic good boy, I might be your guy. I can catch just about anything you throw, and I’m always ready for the next game or adventure. I’m a happy, energetic dog who loves having something to do.Volunteers and staff say I’m incredibly smart (and very food motivated), which makes me a great candidate for agility, training, and learning new tricks. I genuinely enjoy using my brain and would thrive with someone who wants to keep teaching me.I’m also a bit of a star in shelter playgroups. I can be a little tentative at first, but once I feel safe, I open up and love to play. Give me a little time, and I’ll show you just how fun and social I can be.I’m looking for a home that can provide structure, patience, and plenty of enrichment to match my energy and intelligence. A home with no kids or older kids would be best for me, not because I don’t like them, but because I can get excited and I’m still working on my manners.I know my perfect match is out there. I have a little routine here - I just go in my pen, eat a few bites, drink then run back out for a treat. I like being near my people & will follow you around. Welcome Barron to CCPAL Rescue. Barron is a 4.5 month old Mastiff/Great Pyrenees. Barron is extremely affectionate and stunningly beautiful. This whole litter is soft, cuddly and affectionate. Barron would be great with a family with children. This dog has guardian breed, and would be a great family dog. He would be wonderful for a family with a dad that travels and wants to see his family has a dog that will watch out for them. Yeti went to a family with younger children and he is doing great. This is Barron’s brother. We prefer children to be 8 or older. He should be 60 pounds full grown. He likes water, decent on a leash and area trained. He will go on a potty pad. He is good with other dogs bigger than himself. His dad is a Dogo and mom is a Great Pyrenees. He energetic but can calm down and be extremely cuddly and affectionate. He has a soft coat and not a huge shedding dog. He has longer hair a little more like the GP momma. This breed is a guardian breed family even though she shows no signs of guarding anything at the moment. He is getting his vaccinations and will be ready for his forever home soon. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont and all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. This is a very desirable breed. Please be patient when you put in your application. We are being very careful in vetting people and we are a small group of volunteers.
