Meet Biggy, a lovable Mastiff mix who is making up for lost time and discovering that being a dog is actually pretty great. Biggy spent much of his first two years in a kennel, so this big guy is basically making up for lost time. Walks, adventures, new friends, new places—he’s learning it all and looking for someone who’ll have fun showing him the ropes. If you don’t know, now you know… Biggy is ready for the good life. The Notorious D.O.G. is officially looking for his forever crew. And yes, he loves it when you call him Big Poppa. Kids: Biggy has been around children, but because he’s a big guy still learning about the world, he’d do best in an adult home or with kids 13+. Dogs: Biggy seems to enjoy having canine friends! He’s still polishing up his doggy social skills, so slow introductions will help set everyone up for success. Cats: Cats are a brand-new category for Biggy, so we don’t know what he thinks of them yet. Personality: Big, sweet, curious, and still discovering all the perks of being someone’s best friend. Dream home: Someone patient, consistent, and ready to celebrate all of Biggy’s firsts—the first favorite walking trail, the first ridiculous toy obsession, the first perfect couch spot, and everything in between. Welcome Barron to CCPAL Rescue. Barron is a 4.5 month old Mastiff/Great Pyrenees. Barron is extremely affectionate and stunningly beautiful. This whole litter is soft, cuddly and affectionate. Barron would be great with a family with children. This dog has guardian breed, and would be a great family dog. He would be wonderful for a family with a dad that travels and wants to see his family has a dog that will watch out for them. Yeti went to a family with younger children and he is doing great. This is Barron’s brother. We prefer children to be 8 or older. He should be 60 pounds full grown. He likes water, decent on a leash and area trained. He will go on a potty pad. He is good with other dogs bigger than himself. His dad is a Dogo and mom is a Great Pyrenees. He energetic but can calm down and be extremely cuddly and affectionate. He has a soft coat and not a huge shedding dog. He has longer hair a little more like the GP momma. This breed is a guardian breed family even though she shows no signs of guarding anything at the moment. He is getting his vaccinations and will be ready for his forever home soon. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont and all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. This is a very desirable breed. Please be patient when you put in your application. We are being very careful in vetting people and we are a small group of volunteers.
