Beautiful boy Leo is just a little over 4months and he already weighs 40lbs! This big boy should be close to 100lbs when he’s full grown. Leo is a moderate energy, curious puppy that loves to get out and explore. He’s still learning manners but is eager to please, so he’s learning quickly. He loves learning games, especially if they involve treats. He really enjoys meeting new people, too, so a socially active home would be ideal. Leo has a great time each day, running and playing with his foster siblings, so he would love to have another large dog in the home to play with. He must have a large, 6ft or higher, securely fenced yard in which to get out and stretch that big body of his. He is clearly a shepherd mix and although we don’t know for sure, we believe that because of his build, size and gentle tempered demeanor, he’s a bit of mastiff, too. Because Leo can be a bit exuberant when meeting new people and when playing, kids must be over 10yrs old.

Also, Buddy is not aware of the volume of his barking and for that reason is not suited for apartment life as he may disturb your neighbors. He loves smaller dogs as he used to live in a foster home with pugs. When passing a smaller dog on the sidewalk, Buddy will get too excited and jump around barking loudly at the pup. It comes across as scary to the smaller dog because of his size and the loud volume at which he is barking at them. This is another reason a home with a yard will be good for Buddy -- it will reduce the times when he will get exposed to smaller dogs which he may frighten with his larger-than-life excitement and size. Hello, my name is Ghost and I'm a Dogo Argentino that is 8 months old. I'm a super sweet boy who loves family, including young children. I get along great with little and big dogs as I just want to run and play tag. I like to chew on things (especially wood) as I'm still a puppy. I suffer from separation anxiety when I'm not with my people and sometimes I bark although my foster mom says I'm getting much better; I would do great with someone who works from home or can take me to work with them!
