Weighing in at about 60 pounds, Finn has grown into a handsome boy with a beautiful gray and tan coat, soulful eyes, and an even bigger personality. Despite his star-quality appearance, Finn is more of a laid-back, easygoing guy—think Eeyore vibes, but with engines revved and ready to love. From the moment he wakes up, he’s prepared to shower his people with affection… and trust us, it’s A LOT of love! Finn does well with other dogs and does need a slow, proper introductions to new friends—both two-legged and four-legged. Once he knows you, he loves you deeply. He’s happiest when he has a buddy (human or canine) to share his world with. Affection is Finn’s specialty. When someone comes to greet him, he lights up, runs over with enthusiasm, and hands out slobbery kisses and big hugs like they’re backstage passes. FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Say hello to Tiger! He is a loving and sweet ~3yo, ~90lb Mastiff/Shepherd mix who is ready to find his forever home. He came to us as a stray from a high kill shelter in CA. Tiger is a wonderful boy and has a great demeanor. He is super loving with everyone he meets and very gentle. He walks wonderful on leash and will make a great dog for his forever family! He has been good with other dogs in our care. We think he would do just fine with kids, but he is not tested with cats. Tiger is neutered, UTD on shots and microchipped. His adoption fee is $450.

Welcome Barron to CCPAL Rescue. Barron is a 4.5 month old Mastiff/Great Pyrenees. Barron is extremely affectionate and stunningly beautiful. This whole litter is soft, cuddly and affectionate. Barron would be great with a family with children. This dog has guardian breed, and would be a great family dog. He would be wonderful for a family with a dad that travels and wants to see his family has a dog that will watch out for them. Yeti went to a family with younger children and he is doing great. This is Barron’s brother. We prefer children to be 8 or older. He should be 60 pounds full grown. He likes water, decent on a leash and area trained. He will go on a potty pad. He is good with other dogs bigger than himself. His dad is a Dogo and mom is a Great Pyrenees. He energetic but can calm down and be extremely cuddly and affectionate. He has a soft coat and not a huge shedding dog. He has longer hair a little more like the GP momma. This breed is a guardian breed family even though she shows no signs of guarding anything at the moment. He is getting his vaccinations and will be ready for his forever home soon. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont and all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. This is a very desirable breed. Please be patient when you put in your application. We are being very careful in vetting people and we are a small group of volunteers. Story

Evangeline is an amazing pup! She came to me from the Seattle shelter as a rescue who was abandoned and malnourished. The shelter got her back to full physical health and I took her from there. She came potty trained and does well with a crate or safe space for herself. She knows many basic commands and is a polite little lady. She loves people especially her person. She does have separation anxiety that may require time and attention that I don’t have at the moment. She will back when her person leaves. And she will follow around the house. I know with the right building of trust she will be the best pup for your family. As far as other dogs, she is curios and has had success meeting other dogs on the street. But while in foster care she exhibited some recourse Harding, so I would not house her with other pups. Evie is a perfect girl who deserves so much love, as she has a ton to give back!!
