Meet Cane Male DOB: May 7, 2026 Weight: 5 lbs (current — still growing) Breed: Poodle / Terrier Mix Expected Size: Small breed (small to medium when fully grown) Neutered (Fixed): Pending (age-appropriate) Vaccines: In Progress (puppy vaccines up to age schedule) Microchipped Healthy & Adoption-Ready Personality, Breed Info & Expectations Cane is a sweet, cuddly little puppy with a calm and easygoing personality. While many puppies are constantly on the move, Cane has a more relaxed approach to life and enjoys spending time close to his people. He loves affection, enjoys being held, and is happiest when he feels safe, comfortable, and included. At this young age, Cane is still learning about the world around him. He is curious and playful but tends to approach new experiences with a gentle, thoughtful attitude. His loving nature and relaxed temperament make him a wonderful companion for families looking for a puppy with a softer personality. As a Poodle / Terrier mix, Cane is expected to grow into an intelligent, affectionate, and loyal companion. This mix often produces dogs that are eager to learn, highly people-oriented, and adaptable to many different lifestyles. Early socialization, positive reinforcement, and consistent guidance will help him develop into a confident and well-mannered adult dog. Cane would thrive in a home prepared for: Ongoing puppy training and supervision Daily playtime, exercise, and enrichment Positive socialization experiences Structure, consistency, and routine A lifelong commitment to his emotional and physical well-being He is still in the earliest stage of life and will need a family committed to helping him navigate puppyhood with patience, love, and guidance. Training, Adjustment & What to Expect Like most rescue puppies, Cane may not have had early structure, exposure, or training before entering care. Puppies at this age require supervision, patience, and consistent guidance as they learn basic life skills. Adopters should expect normal puppy behaviors such as chewing, accidents, teething, learning routines, and exploring their environment. These are all part of healthy puppy development. Cane will benefit from: Positive reinforcement training Daily structure and routine Continued socialization and exposure Patience, consistency, and supervision Gentle guidance during development Please remember the 3-3-3 Rule: 3 days to decompress 3 weeks to learn routine 3 months to feel fully at home With stability, patience, and love, Cane will grow into a confident and devoted companion. Owner Responsibilities & Veterinary Care Owning a puppy is a lifelong commitment that includes training, exercise, routine veterinary care, and emotional responsibility. Cane will need: Routine vet visits and vaccine boosters Preventative care (fleas, ticks, parasites) Proper nutrition for healthy growth Daily exercise and enrichment Safe indoor living environment Ongoing training and socialization Because he is very young, consistency and structure are essential for healthy development and confidence building. Cane is an indoor family dog and is not to be chained or left outside. Story
Meet Cooper! He's a 19 pound bundle of love, an apricot mini-labradoodle. He's good with most children past the toddler stage but really prefers adults. He loves to snuggle and will be your shadow. He does not like small children so a household where there a few of them visiting would be best. He is neutered, up to date on his shots, crate trained and of course, he's house trained so he won't mess up new carpets. Cooper does have one downfall - he tends to bark more than necessary and really needs some training to stop that. If you are interested in meeting this cutie please fill out an adoption application on our website, SCCPETS.COM and we'll set up a meeting with his foster mom as soon as you're approved. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.June 30, 2026, 1:15 am

Story
Opal – Professional Cuddler Seeking a Forever Lap ❤️ Meet Opal, an approximately 5-year-old Poodle mix whose favorite hobbies include snuggling, napping, and being as close to her people as possible. If you're looking for a sweet, quiet companion rather than a high-energy adventure buddy, Opal may be your perfect match! Opal is a gentle soul who enjoys the simple things in life: soft dog beds, cozy blankets, chew bones, and quality cuddle time. She gets along beautifully with both dogs and cats, making her an easy addition to many households. She is crate trained and sleeps quietly through the night in her crate. One of Opal's most endearing features is her adorable crooked little smile. It only adds to her charm and perfectly matches her sweet, loving personality. She is already scheduled for a dental procedure on June 23rd to help keep her smile healthy and comfortable. Opal does best with a consistent routine and is happy to take care of her business outside when given regular potty breaks. She would love a home where she can enjoy plenty of affection, cozy naps, and quality time with her family. Opal is: ✔ Approximately 5 years old ✔ Spayed ✔ Microchipped ✔ Up to date on vaccines and preventatives ✔ Dog friendly ✔ Cat friendly ✔ Crate trained ✔ Scheduled for a dental procedure on June 23rd If you're searching for a loyal, loving companion who will happily keep your lap warm and your heart full, Opal is ready to meet you! Adoption Fee: 🏡 $350 Local Adoption Fee (Texas) 🚐 $650 Out-of-State Adoption Fee (includes transport to your area)
