Introducing Bella! This lovely 2.5-year-old, 48-pound mountain cur mix is looking for her forever home. Bella’s owner, who sadly has dementia, could no longer care for her, but Bella had been a cherished companion since she was a puppy, and it shows in her good manners and sweet nature.Bella is a laid-back girl who enjoys lounging around and soaking up the sun. She loves her daily walks but is also quite the couch potato, happy to snuggle up beside you for a lazy afternoon. Bella is house trained and leash trained, and she knows not to jump on people. One of Bella’s favorite things is giving little kisses to show her affection. She’s incredibly sweet and gets along well with everyone she meets, including other dogs. If you’re looking for a loving, well-mannered companion to join your family, Bella could be the perfect match for you!Bella’s adoption fee is mostly sponsored by the generous family of her owner!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Cameo - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Cameo, a beautiful name for a beautiful gal like me. I have the sweet natured attitude that will make me a great family addition. At 2 years old, I'm also at a great age where as I'm still playful but way past that destructive puppy stage. That sure makes for a nice combo for my new family. Oh and another nice thing...I'm already house trained too!! I have an amazing tiger striped pattern in my coat and show stopping amber colored eyes which make for a stunning combo!! My hairytage of the Mountain Cur and the Plott hound makes for the beautiful swirling stripe pattern of my coat, a genetic characteristic. My personality is sweet, sweet, sweet and I am very human oriented. I love giving and getting kisses and spending time with my people. Also, for a medium sized dog of 55ish lbs, I am a great snuggler!! I will wrap myself around my Foster Mum and delight in the attention!! I will stay there snuggling for as long as she has time! I walk well on leash and know how to sit and stay. I have great focus and pay attention really well. I am a people pleaser and will try to do whatever it takes to make you happy!! I get on well with most all other doggies and enjoy romping in the yard getting a good game of keep away or tag you're it going but I LOVE hoomans and haven't met a stranger yet, I'm pretty sure everyone is here just to give me lots of lovins!! :) I'm a great size to make you a pawsome action adventure type companion, whether it's going for neighborhood strolls, camping trips or hikes in the wilderness, I'm willing and ready! And then after our fun, I love my beloved snuggles by the fireplace (on the couch is fine too). I'm up for trying it all with...YOU!! If you are looking for a "dog of a different color", then look no further!! I for sure want to be your gal!!

Hi, I’m Chica,Hey, I caught you looking at my profile, that makes me happy. I am ready for my new forever home. I live with several dogs and cats now. I get along with all of them, but it is time for me to be with my own family. I am a pretty strong and active dog, I walk well on a leash but sometimes when I see something interesting I can pull on the leash. I am working on it, but some things are just so tempting. I love to be active, so if you are into hiking, jogging, or playing fetch we would get along great. My foster mom says I am the sweetest dog, but she might be biased. I do like to have fun and play with the other dogs, and I am good when I meet new people too. I am good on car rides, like to go to the beach, and love to be around my family. I will need some training so I can be the best dog ever, so if you have a little patience it would be great. My ideal family will be active. I imagine us going for long walks and exploring new trails and sniffing all the great scents there. I imagine playing in the backyard with older kids and then settling down for a nice nap in a warm bed. Wow, I can’t wait. If that sounds like we could be a match, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Lots of love to give,Chica To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Hi, there my name is Nikyta,They call me Niky for short. I am a young pup who is very calm for my age. I still like to chew things but if you give me a good chew toy that works for me. I am still growing so I will likely end up being a medium size dog around 45 lbs./23 kgs or so. I am pretty active and love my walks and playing frisbee on the beach. I am still learning so many new things and would love a family of my own who would take the time to teach me the right way to do things. I am pretty good walking on a leash but of course, I prefer to be off leash to be free to run. I can be a bit shy with other dogs that I don't know but once I get to know them we can play, play, play!If you are looking to have a great dog who will love you loyally forever, then we could be a great match. Just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Your Niky. To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Hi, I’m Tommy, I am a confident young pup who loves to play with other dogs. We run and play most of the day. I have an old mop that I play with and chew on the cloth strips. Otherwise, I haven’t learned to play with toys, maybe that is something you could teach me. I love the cats I live with too but sometimes they tell me to leave them alone, so I understand that they need their space. I don’t live with children and haven’t spent any time with them. They might scare me, or I might love to play with them too. Car rides are fun, but I know that I need to stay calm and sit down. I haven’t been to the beach yet, but I do like water. Sometimes you can find me splashing around in my water bowl!I spend a lot of time outside with my dog pals, but when I do go into the house I always go to the door when I need to do my business. I don’t like to be left alone very much. I remember one time my mom left me in the bathroom alone and I managed to get into a little mischief with the toilet paper.I am so happy to see her when she gets home from work because we can have a cuddle time on the bed.I like to go for walks, and I behave well if it is just me and my mom. If I am with another dog I will pull to be first. I know my basic commands, but I am more willing to show you if there is a treat involved. If it sounds like we would get along then, just fill in the application and we can meet over Zoom.Lots of love to give,Tommy To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo.
