Story
Boogie had a rough upbringing before coming to me, he was kept in a cage unable to move or leave the entire first year of his life. When I first adopted him, he was agrressive & terrified of everything. I have worked with him extensively and he has come a long way since I first got him at almost 2 years old. He is very loyal, smart, and willing to serve. He is just very anxious and afraid of a lot of things, I no longer feel like I am able to give him everything that he deserves in order to thrive, and hope to find him a home that has a yard and is willing to do more work with him on a daily bases to keep him content. He also needs a very loving family that will spend time with him, he cries when left alone, and does really well with my girl &I know he will thrive on a farm or a big yard with a family somewhere. He is a really good dog, but after 2 years with him (he’s almost 4) I still struggle to feel like I meet his needs and it’s constantly stressing me out

Story
Hello, I'm Piper! My world is full of exciting smells and intriguing sounds. I'm young and brimming with curiosity. Each day is a new adventure, and I'm always eager to explore. I'm a solo explorer, though. I would do best as an only pet. I love the thrill of discovery, whether it's a new trail to sniff out or a new toy to play with. But don't worry, I'm just as happy snuggling up for a quiet evening at home. I'm ready to share my love of life and adventure with someone special. Why should you adopt me? Well, I promise to fill your life with fun, love, and a never-ending sense of wonder. With me, every day will be an adventure. Let's explore this big, exciting world together!

Story
We adopted Poe 6 years ago. It was great at the start but he has behavioral issues and very bad anxiety. We lived in a home before and he was able to get plenty of exercise and he plays well with dogs that he knows, but we recently moved to an apartment and hes been very destructive. Hes not great with meeting new people, he gets very anxious and barks but hes never bitten anyone. It takes him time to warm up to some one. We do not have the capacity, time or space to have a big dog. We just wanted him some where safe and happy. He is a very loving, kind dog and in need of a better home and bigger space.

Story
Brandy is a sweet and cuddly spayed female mutt that we adopted 6.5 years ago. She is 8 years old now, and a small/medium size at 20 pounds. We have loved her and she has loved us but our home is no longer a suitable place for her now that we have a small child who makes her nervous. She is a low maintenance dog who is healthy, house trained, loves pets and walks, and sleeps most of the day, but she does have anxiety and barks nervously around new people and new dogs (but has done well in boarding/doggy daycare situations). She cannot live with small children or cats. We are heartbroken that after a year, Brandy still has not taken to our baby. We are looking to find her a home where she will be loved, safe, comfortable, and happy.

Story
When I bought this puppy, I was told she was a Chihuahua. Within a couple of weeks, it was apparent she was not. We have other dogs, and she is fine with the big dog, but not the smaller ones. She is very smart and loving. We currently have her enrolled in training classes, starting tomorrow.
