Story
Ernie is a sweet, fun loving dog that is very young for her age (8 years old)! She loves to fetch her ball and will do acrobatics in pursuit. She loves kids and basking in the sun. She still has the energy for a long walk but she also loves to chill around the house and car rides/adventures. She lives with two young girls, ages 3 and 6 who adore her. We are heartbroken to re-home her. Ernie is a protective dog and will bark at large cars and unknown strangers that walk past our house. She recently aggressively jumped on and clawed our elderly neighbor when she entered our yard. We are uncertain whether she bit her or if she tore the skin from her claws, but she cannot be safely around our neighbor. This was the first time she has ever attacked a person and we have spoken with a trainer that believes it was from a fear response. For Ernie's security and our neighbor's we have been informed it would be best to re-home her. Looking for a new happy home for our beloved pup.

Story
Oakley is a 3 year old rescue from Baja California. She loves to run and play fetch. Also tug of war is another fun game to play. She loves all the attention and all the affection she can get. She loves snacks and taking naps in her crate. She’s healthy and strong. Overall she’s pretty quiet unless feels she needs to alert you of anything. She’s also outdoor potty trained! Unfortunately due to my personal health reasons, I have to rehome Oakley Rei *Update Oakley will be going through some training very soon so wish her luck at her obedience classes*

Story
Meet Lady: a beautiful two-year-old soul with a resilient spirit. Lady wound up at her town's local animal shelter not once, not twice, but three times throughout her short little life. With each shelter stay, Lady's fate hung in the balance, her future uncertain. But five minutes before the world went dark for her, fate intervened! Lady's story is one of perseverance, a testament to the indomitable spirit that resides in rescue dogs. With each return to the shelter, Lady clung to the hope that one day, her forever family would come for her. But time stretched on, and as she watched her kennel companions find their homes, Lady's hope began to waver. She wondered if her family would ever come; if the love she longed to give would forever remain unclaimed. From Lady's perspective, the days blurred together, a montage of waiting and wondering. She yearned for the gentle touch of a hand, the warmth of a loving gaze, and the sound of a family's laughter. No matter how much doubt crept into her heart, she clung to the belief that somewhere out there, her family existed. She held onto that glimmer of hope, the flicker of a dream that refused to be extinguished. And then, in June of 2022, Lady's life took a turn for the better. "The Pitty Committee" whisked her away from the shelter, ensuring that she would never face the threat of euthanasia again. From that moment on, Lady found herself in the serene atmosphere of South Lake Tahoe, where she has flourished under the loving care of her wonderful Foster Mama, Hailey! But, although Lady is safe from a dreaded shelter environment, her journey remains incomplete. She still waits for her forever family to find her.

Lady is more than just a dog; she's a lake-loving adventurer, a spirited soul who thrives on the joys of nature. She yearns for an active family, who will embrace her love for swimming, running, and frolicking in the sun and snow. Lady's heart knows no bounds when it comes to people of all ages. She adores children, and her boundless energy makes her the perfect playmate. She's a fetch aficionado, and her dock-jumping skills are nothing short of astounding. But what sets Lady apart is her unwavering loyalty, her eagerness to please, and her ability to melt your heart with a single glance. This beautiful girl has come a long way since leaving the shelter. She's crate trained, muzzle trained, and she listens to commands with a heart full of eagerness to please. She's not just a dog; she's a testament to the power of love and resilience. A promise of boundless joy to the family that opens their heart to her. Don't let Lady's story remain incomplete. She's been waiting and hoping for quite some time; she deserves a forever family to call her own. We ask that you consider Lady as the missing piece in your life, the companion who will make every moment brighter, and the love that will fill your heart. Complete your life with a furry friend who knows the true meaning of hope, love, and the promise of a forever home. Lady is waiting, and her love is worth the journey. Don't let her wait any longer; make her a part of your family, and create a story of love and happiness that will last a lifetime. Adopt Lady, and change both your lives forever! ♥

Manny is a 3 year old pitbull/shepherd mix. We adopted him when he was a puppy. He is neutered, house trained, and knows basic commands. He would thrive with an active parent. He loves to chase the ball. Unfortunately, our lives have changed to the point where he no longer gets exercise. We are hoping to find him a home where his needs are met.
