Meet Lucy 🐾 Lucy joined our family two years ago when we adopted her from the Humane Society. From day one, she has been an easy-going, loving dog with the sweetest personality. Lucy previously suffered from glaucoma and had one eye removed, and since then she has been so much happier and more comfortable. She is fully functional with one eye and doesn’t let it slow her down at all. She is truly the happiest dog — she loves interacting with humans and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Lucy thrives on attention, companionship, and being part of whatever is going on around her. And of course, she has a special love for treats 🦴 Lucy is a joyful, resilient, and affectionate dog who brings so much love wherever she goes.

Meet Koopa! He’s an incredibly sweet dog, loves people and cuddling with toys, and watching TV. He’s medium energy and slightly anxious, so an active home where he can be the only dog would be ideal. He gets along great with other dogs outside of his home and has never had issues at doggy daycare. Fully up to date with vaccines, neutered, and healthy. Date of Birth is 6/3/24 so just over a year old at this point. 65 lbs at last weigh in August.

Story
Bowie is 8 years old. He is a very sweet boy, smart, very loving and cuddly. We are rehoming him because I am currently pregnant and he is a very needy dog and I do not have the bandwidth to care for a newborn and a dog with anxiety while working full Time. He is currently on 50-75 mg of trazadone for his anxiety. He needs the companion of a person at all times and needs trazadone to handle car rides as he freaks out in the car. he is potty trained but needs a diaper if left alone inside the house because he will pee inside of left alone. He has history of digging holes and running away when left alone. He was adopted on this site from another family but they failed to inform us he has anxiety.

Manny is a 3 year old pitbull/shepherd mix. We adopted him when he was a puppy. He is neutered, house trained, and knows basic commands. He would thrive with an active parent. He loves to chase the ball. Unfortunately, our lives have changed to the point where he no longer gets exercise. We are hoping to find him a home where his needs are met.
