Story

Magoo is a sweet, loving, and goofy 7 year old mutt who was rescued from Texas. She loves to curl up and snuggle with a movie. She is food and reward motivated and loves a structured routine and enrichment. She knows a lot of commands and loves a good training session. Magoo does get timid and fearful at times. She doesn't love fireworks and is hesitant when meeting new people. Once she knows you she will be your best friend. Magoo does well with other dogs, but cannot live with a cat. She is okay with kids and has been fine to my son. She is a very healthy dog, who only goes to the vet for wellness exams.My son was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. The long hospital stays are stressing her out and we cannot give her the daily attention she needs. Overall she is an amazing dog, she just need a home that can give her consistent love, enrichment, and predictability. She is a great dog, we just are not the right family for her during this challenging chapter of our lives.

Story

Meet Solstice! ☀️Solstice was brought into my veterinary clinic dirty, underweight, and in need of care. We scanned for a microchip and searched lost pet groups, but no owner was found. She is approximately 13 weeks old, and has started her vaccinations. She is sweet, smart, and a people oriented puppy who learns quickly and loves attention.While I originally intended to keep her, I believe she'd thrive in a home with plenty of time, patience, and ideally another dog to play with and learn from. She will also go to her new home with her kennel, bed, blankets, food, toys, feeders, and other supplies to help make her transition as smooth as possible. I'm looking for a loving family that can give her the attention, training, and stability she deserves.
