Hello, my name is Millie. I am a 6 year old female Retriever/Labrador/Shepard mix. I love outside time to run around and cuddles with my owners. I wish I could stay with my family, but I think I would thrive better in a home with more attention. Please help me find a good home!

Story
It breaks my heart to do this, but I’m looking to rehome my dog, Maverick, to the right person or family. Maverick is a 9 year-old prior rescue (birthday October) with a life expectancy of 14-16 years. He’s been with me since he was a pup, and he truly is a loving dog at heart but he’s also a bit complex and needs the right environment to thrive. He is naturally shy and skittish, especially around people. He’s not aggressive at all—just very aloof and prefers to keep his distance. Once he feels safe, his sweet and loyal personality really starts to show. He’s one of those dogs who bonds deeply, just on his own terms. Maverick gets along well with other pets and mostly keeps to himself. He has high anxiety and has had professional training, which has helped, but he still needs a patient and understanding owner. He is house trained and leashed trained. Describe him: Stubborn but intelligent, timid but tough, Loving but independent. Doesn't like his paws touched.

Story
He is s very good dog. He is great with other dogs and great with kids! As much as we want to keep him life have gotten really busy with all of our kids extra curriculars and sports. He is in his kennel more times than not and we hate that for him. He is kennel trained. He needs to be in kennel if your away as he does like to chew on things/eat things, especially kids socks! He has allergies which do cause him to lose some hair on his rear end. We are pretty sure we have narrowed down to a chicken/poultry allergy so have been feeding him lamb food and it has seemed to help alot!

Story
Banner is a 4 year old playful pup. According to an Embark DNA test, hes mostly pit bull and pyrenees with some labrador, golden, and pug mixed in. We adopted him from the Humane Society of Missouri when he was about 4 months. He grew up with another large dog and lives most of his days inside on a couch or outside in a secure fenced-in yard. Hes good at chilling at home while weve been at work. Hes generally good with people but can get hyper about meeting new humans. Hes completely house trained and knows not to jump on people. However, he is not leash trained. Our hearts are broken because we love him dearly and he is a such a special pup. However, within the last year, he has acted up a few times regarding food aggression. We believe this is due to our baby human addition(s) to our family within the past year. We know he will be a really good fit for a family with older kids or a couple or just an adult who will cuddle him at the end of the day.

These pups are in Bridgeton, Missouri too!

Story
Chestnut is a darling one year old boy with the biggest heart. He has a sweet and playful nature and enjoys cuddling with his humans, playing with other pups, romping in the yard, and having some fun toy time. Chestnut has nearly perfected his potty skills. He is a curious little boy who is quite aware of the world around him and may give a bark to tell you about something. Chestnut would do well in a variety of homes including one with cats. He would love an active family to play with him and who would enjoy taking him on adventures. He really is wonderful. Chestnut is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, heart worm negative and on heart worm preventative, and microchipped. Chestnut’s adoption fee is $400.00

Story
Yes, those ears really are that big!!!! Sadie Rose is a 6-month-old tiny little girl with a huge personality to match those adorable ears. She is puppy through and through! This sweet girl is full of energy, loves playtime, and is always ready for fun. Whether she’s chasing toys, zooming around the yard, or making new furry friends, Sadie brings joy everywhere she goes. After she’s gotten her playtime in, Sadie is more than happy to curl up beside you — preferably right in your lap for cuddle time on the couch. She’s the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. Sadie Rose is also crate trained and does well settling down in her own space. She has such a loving personality and is ready to find a family that will adore her just as much as she’ll adore them. Sadie Rose will not be placed in a home with young children due to her tiny nature. A home with another young playful dog is perfect for Sadie Rose. Sadie Rose is spayed, up to date on all vaccines, on heart worm preventative, and microchipped. Sadie Rose’s adoption fee is $450.00

Story
Meet Slinky! 🐾Slinky is a handsome 1-year-old male Chiweenie weighing just 8 pounds. This curious little ginger boy is full of love, energy, and personality. He’s very active and would thrive in an active household with a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore and play. Slinky would do best as the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the attention he deserves. Slinky absolutely loves stuffed animals, toys, and anything fun to chew on, especially bully sticks and nylabones. He’s currently learning leash manners and tends to pull because he’s so excited to explore the world around him, so a comfortable vest-style harness would be the best option for walks. This lovable pup is also learning how wonderful snuggling can be and is making great progress. At bedtime, Slinky sleeps quietly in a crate in his foster mom’s bedroom. Because of his active nature, he would not be a good fit for a sedentary household. Slinky is looking for a family ready to keep up with his playful spirit and give him the love, structure, and activity he needs to thrive. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on monthly preventative. Slinky’s adoption fee is $400. Out-of-state adopters are responsible for arranging transport. WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. If you’re ready for a loyal, loving little companion, Slinky is waiting to meet you!
