Story
Rascal is a 4-1/2 year old spayed female "mixed hound" with personality. She was found abandoned with 5 siblings of about 6-8 weeks old, all were under nourished. She is current on vaccines. She is smart, easily trainable by a skilled trainer (food driven). She likes to talk, loves attention and to boss her sister. She's an exuberant tail wager (helicopter tail!). Recent family/household developments have overwhelmed her owner that likes to spoil her and is unskilled in training. These changes and stresses in the household has created an environment resulting in some behavior change, reactionary stress toward her litter sister. She sleeps well at night in her crate with her blanket and cushion, generally 7pm to 7am.

Story
Bailey is a 5 year old medium brown dog. He’s well-mannered in the house, crate trained, potty trained, and neutered. He’s great with kids and loves being around people. He would do best as the only dog in the home — he likes having a peaceful space where he can relax and feel secure. He’s the type of dog who just wants a stable, loving family to spend time with. We’re simply looking for a responsible, caring home that can give him the attention and comfort he deserves. Not asking for anything — just want him to go to the right family. Located in Fayetteville. Photos available upon request. Serious inquiries only. If you’re interested, please share a little about your home and schedule so we can make sure it’s a good match.

Story
This is such a difficult decision to make, but I can no longer provide the care that my pup Kali needs. She’s a wonderful girl. She’s very mellow, but she has extreme separation anxiety. It has become so bad that she’s destructive when left alone; trying to get out of either the house or the yard to find a human to be with her. I’ve had her on separation anxiety for a couple of months now. It appeared that it was helping in the beginning, but that is no longer the case. She needs to be in a home where someone is with her ALL the time. I realize it’s a long shot, but this is my last resort. The rescue that she came from does not want her back because they dont consider her to be a candidate for adoption any longer. She’s current on shots, spayed, on heartworm prevention. She’s about 7 years old. She’s good with other dogs and children. I don’t know if she’s good with cats. She’s house trained. She really is the sweetest girl. I have exhausted all resources.

Story
Simba was dumped by a previous owner near our home. He is approximately 2.5 years old. We took him in and he’s just been around since but with work schedules changing Simba spends more time in his crate than out of it. He loves people and playing and we just hate he doesn’t get as much interaction as he needs. He is potty trained and crate trained. He loves people and other dogs. He hasn’t been around cats. I’d assume he’d try to play with them. He’s fine with children but may try to jump so older kids might be best. He’s is a sweetheart and we just want him to have a loving home.

Story
Artimus turned 6 years old in December, he is 80lbs and a mixed breed boxer. He is great around kids (although due to his size and energy probably older kids would be good as he tends to knock others over:)). He lived with my parents' boxer for years so I think he would be fine with other dogs. He is currently living with my mom in her 55 plus community and just is becoming too much for her.
