Story
Ruthie is a sweet medium sized dog that is long legged. Around 40lbs. She loves to play outside and take naps on the chair. She is spade, shots up to date, potty trained for outside and inside potty pads. Knows simple commands like sit and kennel up. Ruthie has a lot of love and is learning to leash. She needs a yard to run and play. At times Ruthie is shy. She is still learning confidence and listening skills. She needs a good loving home that she can be inside and outside at times. Ruthie sleeps inside. I rescued Ruthie from a shelter at 12 weeks old along with her sister. They have been in my care for 1.5 years. My situation is changing and with the other dogs I have need to find Ruthie the perfect loving home. She is beautiful and sweet temperament. She has taught herself to give paw when approached.

Story
I adopted Amber from a rescue foster program 8 years ago. She's been a good and loving dog all these years. We decided to put her up for adoption following the birth of our child. She deserves more attention and to play freely but we haven't been able to give that to her with a new baby around. She's 9 years old with the energy of a younger dog. She's goofy and loves to play. Her favorite toys are tennis balls and hedgehog squeaky toys. She loves attention, is very affectionate, loves to be close, and, if you let her, loves to sleep in bed with you. She has general anxiety due to suspected abuse prior to her foster stay. She's on fluoxetine once a day to help with her anxiety and is given gabapentin for high stress situations like car rides and fireworks. She doesn't like cats or dogs as she's had too many bad encounters with other dogs which has led to her dislike of them. She would be happier/more comfortable in a quieter home with no kids or babies.

I adopted Poncho in Nov 2024 from my cousin when her house burned down and he needed to be immediately rehomed. Poncho is a very sweet and loving dog. He is house trained and has a great demeanor. I need to rehome him because he isn’t comfortable around small rowdy kids.
