Story
Adopted Mckenzie at league city shelter and she is approximately 6 months old. Unsure of her breeds but has blue eyes and medium size and very vocal like a husky. She is active and believe she would do great with other dogs and loves children. She is kennel trained, potty trained and is outside most of the day. Unfortunately I live alone and lost my current job. I will be starting a new job that requires me to go out of town so it will not be feasible to keep her. She is playful, loves attention and loyal. Praying for a good home !

Story
Looking for a Loving, Pet-Free, Child-Free Home for Chewie We’re heartbroken, but we need to rehome our dog, Chewie. He’s not safe around young children and is dog-aggressive, especially with small dogs, so he needs to be the only pet. Chewie is a 12-year-old mixed breed, about 100 lbs. He's up to date on his shots and received a 3-month dose of Bravecto flea preventative on 4/10/25. He’s house-trained, knows basic commands, and once he bonds with you, he’s a sweet, loyal companion. Now that he’s older, he’s a bit of a couch potato and loves lounging around with his people. Chewie will do best in a calm, structured home with an experienced, confident owner. No kids, no other pets, and a secure yard would be ideal. He needs someone willing to give him the safe, peaceful home he deserves. If you think you could be the right fit, please reach out — we’d love to chat and make sure it’s a good match.

Story
We found her in the Dickinson area while shopping at a store. People there put some water for her but said she was probably abandoned there. No one wanted to take responsibility for her. She has some small scars on the top of her head, had ant bites and was pretty skinny. She's doing better now. She'll be spayed on the 14th of June, and will be available once re recovers. She's an absolute sweetheart, very playful as any puppy, and loves to be around you and being in your company. She does jump constantly to try to get your attention so don't apply if you have small kids. We are potty training her, but she's a 2-3 month puppy it will still take some time for her to fully learn. She loves other dogs, and is okay with cats. She's great with people, though a bit shy at first. We think she looks like a greyhound mix, but we don't know for sure. She's very athletic, and active, so keep that in mind.
