He’s an absolute sweetheart who loves to cuddle and be near his people, but he’s also perfectly content relaxing on his own when needed. Disco is crate trained, potty trained, walks nicely on leash, and is wonderfully quiet – no excessive barking here. He enjoys going on walks and soaking up the simple joys in life, whether that’s a stroll around the neighborhood or curling up beside you on the couch. Unfortunately, as the elderly owners’ health declined, the dogs were left without proper care for a long time. Adogs gave the grandparents some time to say goodbye to their beloved dogs before safely rescuing Moongji along with five other dogs. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is a little shy and tense around strangers at first, but quickly warms up if offered treats. Accepts human touch well. * With Dogs: Is not very interested in other dogs and prefers spending time alone. * Separation Anxiety: Unknown, as he currently lives in a group setting at our center. * Potty Training: Currently does only outdoor pottying since he resides at our center. * Walks: When he feels uncomfortable, he might get stubborn and stop walking, but most of the time, he follows his handler well. * Car Sickness: Travels well in the car without motion sickness. * Biting: Is usually very gentle, but may mouth a little bit if you try to touch him forcefully. Doesn’t show aggression. * Barking: Is quiet; doesn’t bark or whine. * Likes: Loves treats! Even when shy, treats help him open up and respond well to training. * Dislikes: Becomes cautious and uncomfortable with loud noises or when held forcefully. Is uncomfortable when strangers approach him.

Lilac is an approx 3 year old, female, 12lb, Papillon/Chihuahua mix that was found on the streets after her owners abandoned her. People in the neighborhood reported that she waited on the same street in the same spot for over a week, waiting for her people to return. Lilac is great with people and is very loving. This beautiful girl is looking for a calm home, as she can be reactive to chaos. Lilac can be your one and only or share you with a sweet, submissive doggie pal. Because she can be an alpha girl, we do not recommend a placement with a dominant dog. A home with a secure yard where Lilac can run around and play would be ideal, as would be owners who are not gone for long periods during the day. This little lovebug is so ready for her forever home. Will you be the one to make her doggie dreams come true? Lilac is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
