Meet Oliver, a one-year-old who loves being close to his people. He enjoys leaning against you, cuddling, and soaking up attention. He’s happiest when he feels like part of the family—and gets a little babying! Oliver is very well potty trained and enjoys short walks. His favorite activity afterward is simply spending time by your side. We initially fostered Oliver and ended up keeping him longer than expected. During that time, we’ve realized that our busy household, with younger children and kids coming and going, can be stressful for him. He prefers a quieter, more predictable environment. We’re looking for a calm, loving home where Oliver can feel comfortable and receive the companionship he enjoys. An adult-only household may be his best fit. Sunny is a Papillon/Chihuahua puppy who is 7 months old and weighs 7 pounds. She is very affectionate, very smart, and very, very active. She loves to play, especially with another dog, and her forever home should have a playful small dog but no cats and no small children. She is spayed, microchipped, crate-trained and has all her puppy shots. Those are the basics but they don’t do Sunny justice. She is a one-of-a-kind. She loves everyone. She is a canine Energizer bunny who joyfully plays with toys and with her doggy pal. She’s exceptionally intelligent. She will get a toy from another room when asked. She entertains with hilarious antics and is curious and alert. She likes to alert you to sights and sounds outside. We are working on learning to do that quietly. We adopt only in San Diego County and some areas of Orange and Riverside Counties.
