Story
If you’ve ever believed that joy isn’t measured in perfect steps… Fiona is ready to prove it. 💙 Fiona is a beautiful Husky girl with the most expressive eyes and an even more expressive personality. She is happy, affectionate, playful, and completely unaware that she’s any different from any other dog. Fiona has cerebellar hypoplasia (CH) — a neurological condition that affects balance and coordination. The cerebellum is the part of the brain that controls fine motor movement, and in dogs with CH, it didn’t fully develop before birth. What does that mean for Fiona? It means she’s a little wobbly. She uses a wheelchair to walk and stand. Her movements are uncontrolled and floppy. She can lose her balance when she gets excited. What it does not mean: • It is not progressive (it will not get worse) • It is not contagious • It is not painful • It does not affect her intelligence or her ability to love Fiona is bright, engaged, and full of personality. She runs (in her own adorable way), she plays, she cuddles, and she lives life with pure Husky enthusiasm. The Home Fiona Needs 🏡 Because of her wobbliness, Fiona needs: A home with minimal stairs (or someone willing to assist her) Non-slip flooring or rugs for traction A family who understands she may need a little patience while navigating new spaces Gentle, respectful children if present Another kind, stable dog could be wonderful — rough, high-energy playmates may not be ideal She does not need constant medical intervention. She just needs a safe environment set up for success and a family who sees her ability instead of her difference. Fiona will likely never be a marathon runner — but she will absolutely be your couch companion, your sunshine greeter, your loyal shadow, and the most endearing little wobble you’ve ever seen. Special needs? Maybe. Special heart? Absolutely. If you believe that perfection comes in many forms, Fiona is waiting to wobble right into your life. 🐾✨ Apply to meet Fiona and let her show you that different is beautiful. www.pawsitivetailskc.org

Story
☕️🍫☕️ Mocha ☕️🍫☕️ is exactly like her name: She’s warm, she’s sugary and she’s comforting. You definitely can curl up and bliss out with this Mocha the same way you can with the drink. But this one’s furrier. And if we’re being honest, this one is a whole lot cuter. Our ☕️ Mocha ☕️ is active and adventurous – and she’ll find a way to get to her people, no matter what it takes. She has amused her foster family by wiggling her way out of and around some blockades in the house. She just wants to be near the people, and once she is, she’s happy. She won’t demand a lot from you, though she’d love if you want to get out a toy and play. When her puppy energy fades, she’s really loving and cuddly. Mocha already knows how to sit on command, and she’s learning how to walk on a leash. Pretty darn good for a little baby. She is also getting some of the basics started of house training and crate training. She sleeps in her crate at night. She is a 3-month-old Husky mix who we think will be between 40-50 pounds when she’s a grande latte. She’ll come to you spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and microchipped. She will also be current on heartworm preventative and flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $275. Meet & greets will be scheduled with approved adopters from PawsitiveTailsKC.org. 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤

Story
Bmo is 3 years old, birthday is August 31st, I adopted him from a coworker I used to work with who had a litter of puppies, but now I’m looking for someone who has more time on their hands, because unfortunately I do not:( if you have a fence, a tall one would be recommended, unless he’s being supervised he’s fine, but if you plan to walk him regularly thats okay too. He barely sheds, just needs brushing of course which i have lots of different brushes I’d provide for you. I will provide a very nice kennel, a free bag of the dog food i feed him, all his toys & belongings like dog soap, nail clippers, etc. Thank you :)

Story
🍬🍫 Candy and desserts with caramel are sweet and ooey-gooey and melty 🍫🍬 That’s pretty much what this Caramel will turn your heart into – and before you know it, you’ll be stuck on her! Caramel is a 3-month-old combobulation of cuteeee, also known as a Husky mix, who’ll likely be between 40-50 pounds. She is pretty outgoing and likes meeting new friends, whether they’re people or other dogs. She relishes attention from her people, though she doesn’t always have time to snuggle. This puppy schedule of hers keeps her way too busy to take time to slow down. There are toys that need chewing, hallways that need scampering down, and so many other things to discover. And of course, she has to go to her people for some loves and pets in between. She is totally full of joy! Caramel is doing pretty well with crate training and has started house training. She walks with a leash and is getting the hang of it, and she knows how to sit. At night, she catches her zzz’s in her crate. This little fluffer is gonna brighten up some lucky family’s world. She will come to you spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, plus current on heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. Her adoption fee is $275. Meet & greets will be scheduled with approved adopters from PawsitiveTailsKC.org. 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤
