Story
Luna has been part of our family for six years and is about 8 years old. She is a great dog, house trained, loves walks, rarely barks or howls, frankly almost never. She is great with kids, as we have small children. Great with cats, we have two. She has been boarded before and has no issues being around other dogs. Her only negative tendency is she becomes protective if she is given a bone. Over the past couple of years our life has changed drastically however and we simply do not have the time to give her the quality of life she previously had with us. We've wrestled with the decision but are looking for someone who can dedicate more time to her, especially long walks. We are only willing to give Luna to a new owner if they will be able to offer her a better life. She has so much love to give and loves getting pets and going on long walks. Our available time is not what it used to be.

Tilley was found by the side of the road with 6 newborn puppies. Unfortunately 2 of the puppies did not survive. Tilley and her remaining pups, Tess, Trixy, Toby & Tula, were taken to the vet to be checked. Tilley was very underweight at 30 pounds but with lots of good, nourishing food, treats and love, Tilley has flourished. She is sweet, loving and just a wonderful girl. Tilley has also been an awesome, loving mom to her babies. Now that her babies are weaned and she has been spayed, it is time for everyone to find their forever homes. Tilley is about 1-2 year old and 43 pounds. Please help Tilley find the loving home she deserves. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes. He was found as a stray with an old eye injury that doesn't slow him down one bit. In addition to being extremely good looking, Stanley is also quite smart! He’s completed a board and train program, with lifetime follow-ups available to support his training. Stanley thrives with structure and will do best with an owner who can maintain that environment. An adventurous spirit, Stanley loves car rides and is a wonderful companion for outdoor activities, especially long hikes where he shines on a leash. He’s even gone camping before.
