I'm 53lbs, and I am seeking my forever home! Adoption Donation: $450 All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are not put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown. We look forward to seeing you soon! Hi, I`m Lucy, a sweet, playful senior. Don’t let my age fool you — I still love to run, especially in the snow! I’m super easy to walk, know sit and shake, and I’ll happily take any treat you offer. I really enjoy having my body rubbed, and if you want to see me melt completely, scratch right under my harness — I close my eyes in total bliss. My big brown eyes tend to win people over pretty quickly. I’m friendly, inquisitive, and love keeping an eye on the world around me. I enjoy walks, cuddling, car rides, and being outside, and I’m kind of a big baby at heart. I’ve lived successfully with another dog before and enjoy playing, though a meet & greet is always a great idea. I’m looking for a home with older kids where I can relax and thrive. Good news!
