After a major spinal injury left him incontinent, this little guy never got the memo that he was supposed to slow down. Peanut’s favorite hobbies include playing with toys, soaking up sunshine like a tiny baked potato, and forcing people to cuddle him. He’s wonderful with humans of all sizes, dogs of all sizes, and honestly just wants to be wherever the comfy blankets are. Peanut does wear a human diaper and belly band, and his bladder needs to be expressed to help him fully empty — but we promise it’s way less scary than it sounds, and we’re happy to teach his future family everything they need to know! The best part about diaper dogs? THEY NEVER HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE 😂 Raining? No problem. Blizzard outside? DIAPER BABY. Too comfy in bed to get up? Peanut supports your lifestyle choices. Peanut is proof that disabled dogs are still just dogs — happy, goofy, loving little creatures who adapt way better than humans ever do. He doesn’t feel sorry for himself and neither should you. He’s too busy living his best tiny gremlin life. ❤️

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.     Meet Pogo (Milo!) He is the king of cuddles. His life before rescue was truly horrible; he endured spending most of his time in a small crate outside in the heat. Despite his awful start in life, he is such a snuggly sweetheart. He can be a little shy at first so slow introductions work best for him, but as soon as he feels safe he blossoms. He has some food guarding instincts that we’re working on so he would be best in a home without young kids. Older, respectful children would be just fine, he did great with my nieces (9 and 13). He does really well around other dogs, and is currently living with a cat that he mostly just ignores. His potty training has gone very well so accidents in the house are rare. He is very affectionate and the ultimate velcro dog that just wants to be on your lap or beside you. He is truly a gem and will bring so much joy to whoever adopts him. Pogo (Milo) is about 3 years old and weighs around 20 lbs. He will be your shadow, snuggler, and bathroom chaperone. He respects and interacts playfully with his foster fur-sister. Being outside in the sunshine, getting treats, pets and belly rubs, playing with toys, or lounging in a soft bed or blanket are some of his favorite things. He does very well riding in the car, either in a crate or a booster seat. He does get excited and vocal when he sees or hears other dogs or people when he is in his domain (house or yard). Being in a home with one or two adults who have a relatively calm lifestyle would be ideal for this darling boy. Because this boy has stranger danger and can be scared, it would be best if he had a securely fenced in yard to help keep him safe. Teo walks well on a leash too! Due to Teo’s shy nature, a home without children would be preferred. Adoption fee: $425
