Story
Beckett Pom is a gorgeous, affectionate one year old Pomeranian who is housebroken and crate trained. He sleeps all night in his crate without a peep and as long as toys and bones are available and does not get into anything he’s not supposed to.   Beckett Pom would love his owner to be home more often than not, but would also love to tag along with his owner on outdoor adventures and vacations. Trail hikes are  his favorite! No dress up or tea parties for this little guy- he is all boy and his play style reflects that!   Beckett gets along well with dogs of all sizes and enjoys their company, but can be relentless in wanting to play, so a dog sibling would need to be tolerant of that. A female fur sibling would probably be best or he could be a happy only dog.   Beckett loves to play, play, play!! He hasn’t met a toy or bone he doesn’t like. His favorite games with other dogs include wrestling, keep away, chase, and bitey face.    Beckett brings a lot to the table.  He knows several commands, is obedient, and stays close by. He is always happy and his zest for life is contagious! He will not let you have a bad day! All he asks is for someone who is willing to keep him mentally and physically stimulated through games, puzzles, playtime, exercise, and obedience training. In puppy school he was top of the class!!   Children and apartments would not be a good fit for Beckett.   If you are looking for a constant companion who won’t leave your side, Beckett is your guy     An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
Zuko is a stunning chocolate merle Pomeraninan/cCihuahua mix. This boy has a full Chihuahua personality though - he is definitely the lead singer of the band. He wants to be admired and flaunted but he has plenty of things to do. When he has finished his rounds of autographs, he chooses to hang out and cuddle. Maybe, like other leads, he is a bit insecure and is searching for a place he belongs; a place he will be able to transition on his own time and learn what it means to be a real member of the family. You see, Zuko, came to us after his previous (3) families gave up on him....they didn't allow him to become secure and confident and just wanted to smother and carry him around. Well, sometimes, that's okay.... but sometimes, in Zuko's case, it takes time and trust. He is ready to try but asks that you prove it first. If you think you have what it takes to give this handsome, fun, posh, slightly insecure, deserving boy a chance, apply today and talk to his foster mom about how you can set him up for success and create an unbreakable bond.  ##1294123##

Story
What a start I had....thrown from a car and ended up at the county shelter with a broken leg. When I was rescued and rushed to the vet it was discovered I was pregnant. My leg was repaired by putting 4 pins through the broken bones (2) and a rod on the outside of the leg holding the pins in place. Ouch, ouch, ouch. Since I was pregnant I couldn't take pain meds. My foster mom said I was a real trooper. Hardly ever complained, but it did hurt! I had 2 surgeries before one pup was born. Sadly she was only 4 ounces and only lived 5 days. Me and my foster mom were sad, but we soldiered on. I was in my "hardware" for about 4 months and then finally my leg was healed and now I can romp around, but no jumping off anything. I get along with all the pups at rescue, but truth be told I love people. I've been through a lot, so I deserve lots of TLC and I'll give you lots of loyalty and love right back. Older children would be o.k. older then 12. I'm ready and my foster mom says I'm a special girl!

Story
❗Current Location: in a foster home in South Korea❗ Meet Sunny with a story of miracles👋 Sunny was found on a street in South Korea at one year old in 2018 and taken to a high-risk shelter, but she was already in serious condition presumably caused by a car accident. Her pelvis was fractured, and her right hind leg bone was broken into pieces. She was saved from euthanasia by the rescue team and hospitalized for months (Jun-Sep 2018) due to the surgery and recovery. She was miraculously given a new life thanks to the rescue. That same year, after a few months of foster period, Sunny found a forever home, which was another miracle we thought of back then. Five years later, however, the rescue team got an unknown phone call requesting to change Sunny's ownership. Long story short, her family decided to give up on her after years, sent her to a pet shop, and paid them, all this without discussing it with the rescue team. This pet shop basically receives pets from owners and in turn, sells them out, and to do so with Sunny, they needed to have Sunny's ownership switched from the rescue team to the pet shop so they contacted the rescue team, and that’s how the rescue team learned Sunny's situation. Eventually, Sunny was able to safely return to her original rescue team, which is another miracle in her story. Despite all these setbacks, Sunny's sweet nature and zest for life shine bright. She needs one true chance to find her real forever family that loves her unconditionally. Recently, she has been moved to her foster home with two other dogs. Sunny is eagerly waiting for her own home now! • Personality: Sweet, Playful, Sociable Sunny thrives on love and affection and gets along with all people and furry friends, making her the perfect companion for anyone seeking a lovely and affectionate fur buddy. She is such a cuddle bug! She likes snuggly cushions and blankets. • Affinity with - Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs regardless of the size - Cats: Okay with street cats. She sometimes tries to chase kittens, but she stops when told. - Adults/Kids: Good with adults, especially elders including men / Okay with kids - not much interest in them. 💫She will be a perfect fit for most types of families! • Walking Manners: very good • Housetrained: fully housebroken, okay with both pee-pads and outdoors. • Separation Anxiety: None • Bathing/Brushing: very good • Barks/Howls: she barks when excited or when she wants something. • Car Rides: very good • Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies • Shedding level (1~10): 5-6 • Health Issues: Due to the serious injuries that she got from an accident right before rescue, her pelvis is not perfectly placed (incomplete union of iliac) even after she had surgery immediately after being rescued. However, currently, she doesn’t show signs of pain when walking or running. If you have an open heart and a loving home for Sunny, please don't hesitate to apply!

Story
Calley is a thriving Pom/Peke mix who's defying age at approximately 16 years young. With her vibrant spirit, she's still going strong, climbing stairs, and spreading love and joy. This little gem has a wealth of life experience and love to share, inspiring us all to live life to the fullest. Hi, I'm Calley, a senior Papillon Peke mix with a calm and captivating personality. Weighing 17 pounds, my goal is to reach a healthy weight of 13 pounds. As a well-mannered, house-trained dog, I'm comfortable without crating. I'm a sweet and quiet companion, and I'd be delighted to join a senior or apartment household. Although I haven't interacted with cats, I'm likely to be indifferent. If you can provide a warm and welcoming environment, I'm confident we'll establish a strong connection, and I'll become your loyal friend. .   An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online at http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  For inquiries, email inquiry@angelsrescue.org Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.          February 21, 2025, 11:37 am

Story
Hi!   I am a new angel who had to leave my family when they got sick. I am guessed to be a Papillon mix. I am only 11 months old and I weigh almost 14 pounds.  I am taller than most papillons, but I have been told I am very handsome. I am mostly white, but have patches of black and brown on my hind legs and my face.   When I find my person I am very devoted to them and want to be right beside them all the time. I think you would call me a master snuggle buddy! I am fine with other dogs, I am living with several small dogs in my foster home.     I am very well crate trained for night and when my person goes out on errands. I don't shed much and my long silky hair does not seem to get matted. I do need a brushing pretty often.    My foster mom plans to take me on some adventures soon. So I will report back on how that goes. There is a big world out there that needs to be checked out!   If I sound like a guy you would like to meet, know that I would love you beyond measure.   JackJack   An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online.  http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms   Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
Please meet Ms. Mae Daisy, the cutest and sweetest Papillon girl. Mae Daisy was surrendered to Angels because her mom was not able to care for her anymore.    Mae Daisy was very sad at first, but she is starting to get comfortable and she is coming out of her shell. She is 16 pounds (a little overweight) but we are taking a lot of walks and she will be in tip top shape in no time.   Ms. Ma Daisy is 10 years old, potty trained, crate trained and walks well on a leash. She also loves everybody, including other dogs and kids.    If you are looking for an adorable lady, look no further because Mae Daisy is the perfect girl!
