Story
This is Tito. He is a 5 lb pomeranian. He is 3 years old. We unfortunately have struggled trying to help him become comfortable around kids. While he does love them and is a very sweet boy, he has trust issues with small feet running around. We have been working with him for 2 years and he still seems to be fearful. We have a baby due in 2 months and we are worried that his behavior might shift with an even smaller more vulnerable child around. We are hoping to find him a home with someone who understands small breed behavior. Please message with any other questions. Like I said before, he really is a sweet dog, listens well, potty trained, and playful but he has a hard time being around kids.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites.  Izzy came to us after her Mama passed and family wasn't able to take her in.  We were told she had no teeth but at her exam, she did have a few rotten molars still so we took care of that and now she is toothless.  She's in good shape for a 14 year old and gets around great with the dogs in her foster home!  She's very social with people and other animals but loves to hang with her people.  She needs a fenced yard or she will roam.  She barked a lot when she first arrived and was probably just confused where she was at as it's subsided to normal Pom barking.   She needs a soft landing with someone who's home most of the time and will keep her coat brushed (it was an awful mess too when we got her with a lot of bald patches from chewing fleas).  Since she has no teeth, we feed her canned food, Nature's Domain, from Costco.  She's done great on it and is in much better shape than when she arrived.   Who can give this doll a well loved and cared for rest of her life? Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 16, 2026, 6:56 pm

Story
Meet Rainey! Rainey and his siblings were born in our care to mama Ivy. Ivy found herself in a high kill shelter at risk of euthanasia due to overcrowding. She arrived with us just time to give birth to 8 healthy adorable puppies. The pups were born on February 7th and are all doing great. Their DNA test shows a mix of Pomeranian, Chihuahua, Poodle, Shih Tzu and a few other mystery breeds. They are tiny pups and will remain small. We estimate they will grow to about 10-12 lbs as adults.   Puppies are adorable but they are hard work! It's easy to fall in love with these cute faces but we hope to find them families who understand that puppies need proper socialization, training and dedicated care. They are too young to spend more than an hour or two alone and will rely on their humans to teach them gently about the world. The pups are very small - just around 2 lbs - are are not suitable for homes with very young children who may not have awareness of how fragile they are.  The puppies have received their first vaccinations, have been regularly dewormed, and are microchipped. They will be spayed and neutered between 8-12 months of age at our cost and at our vet. This procedure is not negotiable. Their adoption fee is $595. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received.  We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
