A reference check, phone interview, and home visit will be completed before meeting an adoptable dog. We work quickly. Please do not submit an application until you are ready to bring a new furry family member home. Expect your references to be contacted shortly after submitting your application. We adopt out to homes around WA & OR, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Newcastle, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Zelle, or cash. We no longer accept PayPal due to their fees they charge the rescue but if the potential adopter wants to pay the fees we will accept PayPal. The oh so beautiful inside & out Manolo whose picture screamed the disgusting neglect he was in, in a death camp of a scary shelter in CA. He was posted looking so very defeated. Yes, it appears at the age of 5 he was going to die which is absolutely unacceptable & disgusting. We rescued this beautiful little lad & his friend Findi from the same home after no one was coming for them. The even sadder part about this is their owner claimed they were strays but it was quickly determined he was not telling the truth. They were going to lose their lives. That day was 1 very sad & joyous day all at the same time. Without his outstanding foster dad, this would not of happened for Manolo. Manolo who is now looking for his very own forever home & who will never give up on him again & dump him & love him just as his foster dad in CA did & we do. After we rescued Manolo he was bought back to WA state from CA where he can’t wait to find him his loving forever home. The absolute insanity to think this baby doll ended up in one of the highest kill shelters in CA is soul destroying. Manolo just wants to be loved. Disturbing to think no one wanted him & he was ready to die. The level of absolute madness here is so deeply sad for many of these beautiful souls out of CA kill shelters. When we first rescued him, he ate multiple bowls of food as if he is making up for lost time. Manolo is a very sweet gentle soul, he is so easy considering what he has endured. Manolo is a very sweet dog & loves his humans once he knows them. Lays with you & can't be happier being petted & touched. He also loves to be with his buddies & just lay with them or do whatever they are doing. We do know that Manolo & Findi are not bonded & he can stress her out. He loves everyone he meets after he knows them & enjoys being cuddled to & given love. He also enjoys snuggling up on the couch & will jump on the couch & spend his day relaxing. We cannot believe someone would be so cruel & neglectful to Manolo. Manolo’s new forever home must have a fully fenced secured backyard for his safety. Manolo has been great with his baths because he started having them with us the moment he was rescued so he is used to them. He has also started getting used to being dried with a hairdryer. He will just let you dry him. Manolo rides beautifully in the car & enjoys a good journey & will sit in his car seat next to you with his dog friends. He also enjoys looking out the window. He still needs continued work walking on his harness & leash. We are looking for a forever home for Manolo where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. We are also looking for a crate free home for the little lad only. He was left in a cage in the shelter until we rescued him. Manolo is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him. Manolo has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & he is currently with other dogs & was fostered with other dogs in his foster home & does well with them & enjoys their company. We also have tested him in a daycare with other breeds of dogs & does well. Manolo is roughly 5 years old 12.6 lbs & is perhaps a pomeranian mix, what he is mixed with we are not sure at all. He is male, neutered by laser by our wonderful vets. Had a dental scale & polish along with dental x-rays. He had several teeth removed, 1 incisor, 1 canine, 2 premolars, 1 molar. He is microchipped, up to date on his shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & being dewormed. Manolo has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together. We have not had him around small children. But we do not recommend small children nor cats & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children. We were not there when Manolo was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Manolo’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Manolo potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Manolo has been through many traumas in his short time on this earth so when applying this needs to be kept in mind & for his care. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Manolo & going through our process and have read his listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit due to covid & followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Manolo who understands his needs & that meet all the requirements for this spirited little lad. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Manolo has an adoption fee of $995 & is ready for his truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what he has been through.

Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites.  Fiona came from a shelter to us half bald.  She appeared to have lived her life infested with fleas and fed a poor diet.  With a grain free, chicken free diet and keeping flea medication on her, all of her fur has been coming back in nicely.  It has just a bit more to go for a full beautiful coat that she should have had all along.   She's come out of her shell now that she's feeling healthy and is a sweet, delightful little girl.   Who can keep her healthy and give her a loved rest of her life? Despite witnessing countless friends meeting a tragic fate, Bbsoon wagged her tail upon seeing Adogs staffs. * Separation Anxiety: Plays well alone without separation anxiety. * Potty Training: Poos outdoor and is 90% success rate with pee pads! * Energy Level (1-10): Lv. 7 * Extremely fond of people! Greets with enthusiastic tail wags, even making her hips sway. Is affectionate and charming dog that follows the family everywhere like a chewing gum and always begs to be petted. * Gets along well with other dog friends and exhibits interest in other dogs who pass by during walks . 🐶 * Playful and gentle nature. * Barks when guests come to the house but quickly stops. * Goes anywhere without pulling on a leash and enjoys walking. *Does not like baths but stays calm. You must calm hre down to allow blow drying because he dislikes it a little. * Adjusts her posture when being brushed as if she feels refreshed. We are taking care of him, providing medication and dietary supplements.

Meet Fox! We love this little guy! He is a happy and affectionate boy. He gets along well with other dogs and loves to play. He is great with kids, too! If you are looking for an easy-going friend, Fox could be the one. He is learning to walk on a leash and is getting the hang of it. He has also met some cats and been very polite to them.  Fox is playful and fun and loves to run around the yard. He needs a little help with potty training as he is not consistent right now. He unfortunately grew up in less than ideal circumstances and was often forced to do his business in a small cage. With some time and patience he will learn. Fox is 2 yrs years old and weighs 8 lbs. He has some patella luxation in his back knees. This is very common for small dogs. He has been checked out by our vet and it does not require intervention at this time.  Fox is vaccinated, chipped and neutered.  His adoption fee is $395.   We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! **🐾 Meet Chups! 🐾** Hi there, I'm **Chups**, a sweet 7-year-old Pomeranian with a fluffy white coat! 🐶 At 7 kg, I'm a bundle of love and affection, and I'm fixed and ready for my forever home. Here's a bit about me: 💖 I'm super affectionate and love to approach everyone—whether I know you or not, I'll rub against you and enjoy all the pets you can give. 🐾 You can lift me by putting your arm under my belly, and once we're friends, I'll happily show my belly for rubs, even if we've just met! 🐕 I like to greet other dogs, but I don't play with them much. High-energy dogs can be a bit too much for me, so I prefer to stay calm and avoid any confrontations. 😺 When I see a cat during walks, I stay focused on my human friend. I love to rest calmly and have a low energy level, perfect for relaxing at home. 🚶‍♂️ I do tend to pull on the leash in the direction I want, but I'm learning! I don't guard my food from people, but I might growl if another dog approaches me while I'm eating. 🔔 I bark demandingly when I want something, and I may bark for a few minutes if you leave after spending time with me. I'm calm in my kennel and currently being kennel trained—so far, so good! 🏠 I use both indoor pads and go outside for bathroom needs. Since I'm a male dog, I might mark my territory in a new place, but I'm working on it. 🍲 I'm very food-motivated and need to be on a diet to manage my weight.
