✨Meet Nacho!✨ Nacho pulled as part of “Angel Retreat’s ACCT’s of love” program. Nacho was originally brought into a shelter in Philadelphia after being surrendered by his previous family due to his declining health. This shelter is the only open intake shelter for the entire city, and is extremely underfunded and overcrowded, they provide low cost veterinary resources to try to keep animals in their homes and out of the shelter system. Nacho tested positive for Parvo was time stamped for euthanasia. We gladly stepped up, and gave Nacho all the medical care he desperately needed. Along with a lot of love and supportive care Nacho now has fully recovered and is ready for a home of his own! Nacho is a 9 month old Pug/Chihuahua (Chug) mixed breed who is full of happiness for his second chance at life! Nacho is a young and happy puppy that will require a family up to the task of providing him the ample physical and mental exercise and training that all dogs require. I am fully vetted and am working on my house training. If I can get out frequently I do well and I will go potty on a leash. I am a little shy when I first meet people and will bark, but a little patience and some treats and I am a complete love bug. I met a new friend a few weeks ago and we went for a car trip and I slept like a baby on her lap. I loved sleeping under a blanket with her holding me like a baby. She could hold me any way she wanted and I was in complete heaven. I am fully vetted including being neutered. I was a little thin when I came into rescue, but I have filled out nicely and I am ready for my very own forever family.
