Marcos is an adorable ~2-year-old mixed breed, possibly Pug/Bulldog/Pit type mix would be our best guess! He is right at 30lbs. Marcos came to us from local animal control as an unclaimed stray. He's a big goofball who loves to run around and play. He is also always happy to crawl in your lap for scratches!! He will need someone willing to work on manners with him as he can be mouthy and likes to grab shirts or the leash. He is a smart, food motivated boy and is working on improving here, but would really thrive having someone who can work with him more consistently. He already knows sit and is always very proud of himself! Because he is working on his manners, he is looking for a home without kids.

Hi there. My name is Rosie I. am a 2-year-old Lab/Pug/Chihuahua mix. I weigh 25 pounds. I am very timid and shy. I may take days to get used to new surroundings and people. I love my comfort duck toy and will run around with it. I get along with dogs. I am learning to play with my foster pack and with my foster parents. I like laying at your feet once I get comfortable around you. I have not been around cats. I do not like crates. At night, I sleep on a dog bed so I can watch my foster family. I am working on my house-training. I am not good on a leash, so I would prefer a fenced in yard, so I can run. I know sit. I love chicken treats. ALL SKYE WANTS FOR CHRISTMAS IS A FAMILY 💔🐾🎄 Skye has been waiting sonce October 2023 for a second chance…. Shes been waiting patiently this whole time for a forever home. This special girl needs to get out of the kennels. She’s been here WAY too long. Skye was abandoned by her owners in our parking lot as a very emaciated scared girl. Thats ok though we made sure to shower her with love and got her feeling MUCH better!!! Skye is a very good girl and tested well with other dogs! Unfortunately she does resource guard so if adopted out through us she would need to be the only pet in the house. If pulled by a rescue and placed with a foster who had experience with resource guarding, she could potentially live with another dog!
