This adorable pug is full of life, loves to play, and wants to be wherever her people are. She's happiest when she's getting attention and is always ready for the next adventure. Petunia would thrive in an active home, especially one with kids or a family that enjoys playing and keeping her busy. Dinner time is her favorite part of the day (and she'll happily remind you when it's time!), and when she's excited, she does the cutest little spins in circles that will have you smiling every time. She's doing well with potty training and runs right to the door when she needs to go outside. A fenced yard would be ideal so she can zoom around and burn off some energy, but with continued training, she should also make a great walking buddy on a leash. Like many happy, enthusiastic pups, Petunia is still polishing her manners. She loves being close to her people, which means she sometimes ends up under your feet, and she occasionally jumps up to say hello. We were happy to keep her out of the shelter system and give her safe place to go. Now, Zoey is ready to find her forever person. This beautiful girl is on a weight loss journey, but she loves her walks and is already trimming down. She also likes to play with squeaky toys. Watching her happily squeak them, tail wagging, has been such a joy! Zoey is house trained, crate trained, and super snuggly. She’s happiest cuddled up to her person on the couch and would make a great work-from-home buddy. Zoey has done well with other low-key dogs. She even did well with the cats she was introduced to!As comes with age, Zoey has some arthritis, but it hasn’t slowed her down much.
