Story
Due to a severe newborn cat allergy in our household, we are looking to find a new forever home for our 8-year-old Ragdoll cat, Yui. Yui is a gentle, sweet-tempered indoor cat who is spayed and fully up to date on all her vaccinations. She is very affectionate and loves being around people—her favorite spot is resting right on your lap. Even at 8 years old, she still has a surprisingly soft, kitten-like voice and a calm, comforting presence. To help her transition as comfortably as possible, we can include her familiar setup if needed: - Litter-Robot automatic litter box - Automatic food dispenser - Water fountain - Backpack carrier We are looking for a reliable owner or family with a stable indoor home and no cat allergies who can give Yui the attention she enjoys. If you are interested in welcoming Yui into your home, please reach out with a brief note about yourself and your home environment. Thank you!

Story
Kitten was abandoned in a court in Concord. We were able to get the kitten in a carrier as the neighbor noted that there was something wrong with the tail. She was spayed and her tail evaluated. No treatment needed for the tail at this time. Further exam with x-rays revealed mega colon. Very sweet cat but will need medicine for the near future to evaluate if her colon will begin to contract normally. She is on a laxative and cisapride to help with colon motility. She is extremely sweet and gentle. She is shy when she doesn't know people but warms quickly. Would need a home that is capable of monitoring her poop and to administer medication.   Update: Doing great. Loves people. Tolerates other cats but prefers human interaction. Loves to be held. Not on any medicine or special treatmentSeptember 29, 2026, 11:37 pm

Story
Hello, This is Lulu, I found her outside of my apartment about a year ago and she has been with me since. Unfortunately I am no longer or haven't been in any position to own her during this time as I have a packed schedule and travel a lot for work. I would love to keep her but I don't have the time or capacity to continue to care for her. Since she was a stray, she is not spayed and does not have any shots. She is a really loving and friendly kitty, I would assume she is about 2 or so years old. I would love for her to find her forever family and go to a home where she can get the proper attention she requires. She is super affectionate.

Story
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA:  Hi, I’m Oscar, a friendly young Ragdoll-mix male!  I enjoy human attention and like everyone I meet.  I love to sleep on my foster mom’s bed at night.  She describes me as “a playful, floppy sort of fellow, outgoing and goofy!” My pal Sterling and I are a bonded pair, and we need to be adopted together.  We've never been around dogs or children, but we get along great with other cats. I was born in approximately February 2024, have been fixed and am up to date on my shots. Please note: Oscar has chronically runny eyes as well as cherry eye, but these conditions do not seem to bother Oscar and his veterinarian has ruled out any infection. This is a Courtesy Post, and Oscar is in a private foster home in Pleasant Hill, California.  For more information, please contact Suzanne at suzannejo16@gmail.com. Please Note: This cat has not yet been tested for FIV/FeLV, to our knowledge. Potential adopters should confirm the cat’s status with the rescuer and should consult with their veterinarian for recommendations regarding testing.March 15, 2026, 5:56 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Snow White is a gentle, laid‑back sweetheart with a playful, silly streak that makes her an absolute joy to have around. She loves cheek and head pets, greets her person with soft chirps, and has a calm, confident presence that instantly makes people fall in love with her! She is wonderfully social and happily greets new visitors, acting as the welcoming committee for anyone who walks through the door. Independent yet affectionate, she enjoys her cozy spots and is always excited for attention when her person returns home. Her relaxed, people‑friendly nature makes her a lovely companion. She has a fantastic play style, enjoying wand toys, plush mice, and especially paper bags. Sometimes she plays while flopped upside down, kicking toys with her back feet, and other times she’s bouncing around with full enthusiasm. Her energy peaks in the mornings and later in the evening, making her a fun little entertainer with adorable routines like greeting you at the door with a chirp and doing a tiny hop when her food bowl is lowered. Snow White settled into her foster home quickly and confidently. She uses her litter box well, loves her scratcher box and cat tree, and chooses appropriate places to scratch. She prefers open beds and cozy spots where she can relax and watch the world. While her foster is at work, she naps peacefully and is always excited for affection when they return. She enjoys affection in thoughtful, gentle ways. She loves head and body pets when she is up and walking around, communicates with soft chirps, and has a loud, happy purr that shows just how content she is. She is easy to handle, enjoys being picked up briefly, and expresses her affection with quiet confidence. Snow White is ready for a loving home that appreciates a calm, friendly, playful cat with a heart full of sweetness. If you are looking for a companion who greets you warmly, plays with joyful enthusiasm, and brings gentle affection into your life, Snow White may be your perfect match!    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 12, 2026, 10:20 pm

Story
We absolutely love Ragnar. He is aloof, he is all floof, he likes to lay on hard surfaces, and he likes to play when he wants. He appreciates to be hand fed every now and again. He wants to be worshipped and he will not cuddle or be interested in you much. We got Raggie when it was covid. We were home and had all the time in the world to enjoy him, play with him, and take great care of him. Now with full time working we are wondering if Rag might like a better life. He is home alone all the time. Rag is very good and sociable with other animals. He is curious about them and wants to walk right up to them. He is curious but is incredibly skittish around new noises. He will hide when people come over. He takes awhile to warm up to people. He is definitely an introvert. He has a tiny dog friend who he plays with for hours when he comes over. He always wanted to get to know the neighbor hood cats but they weren't as interested or willing. He is 6 years old.
