Story
We adopted Garfield in 2020 when he was six weeks old. He's been a loving member of our household. With two small children and a small living space, we are now unable to provide him with the attention and play he deserves. He can be very cuddly. Because we cannot play with him as much as he would like, he can bite an scratch sometimes. Our hope is that he finds the perfect fit with someone who can love him as we have.

Story
Max is a spunky 11-year old who loves humans and wants to be the only cat in the house. You will never be bored: he sits on laps, acknowledges your every mood, and is quite interactive and verbal. He was great company for my husband who was confined to bed the last years of his life. However, he does not like Zina, the other cat who has been with us many more years. Max wants simply to be the center of attention and you will be his center of attention. He is a perfect cat for someone who wants, but is unable to have a dog! Max is a big cat, weighing 17 lbs. He likes to drink from the kitchen sink and adores treats. He is very food-motivated. He has been an indoor cat the last three years although a previous owner allowed him outside. I am moving from an house to a small apartment in a retirement home and unable to accommodate both cats. I will miss Max but his personality is just too large for my tiny space. Your questions welcomed.

Story
Meet Nim Nim! He is a sweet, curious, and affectionate 15-month-old cat who has been a deeply cherished part of my life for over a year now. Due to unexpected apartment policy restrictions beyond my control, I am heartbroken that I have to find him a new loving home as soon as possible. Nim Nim is at that perfect young cat age where he is full of playful curiosity, yet always ready to snuggle up and offer sweet companionship after a busy day. He is looking for an indoor home with a caring family or individual who has plenty of love to give and time to play with him. Nim Nim thrives in a stable, cozy environment where he can settle in comfortably and be treated like a true family member. He has so much love left to share and will make a wonderful, loyal companion to whoever opens their heart to him.

Story
i adopted chickpea in san jose over a year ago as a rescue she got along well enough with my cat onion but we’re not very close. she has been spayed and had her shots taken care of at that point. she is a loving cat and will cuddle with her chosen people. she’s a little playful but decides when and how she wants to play. doesn’t enjoy being carried but is a big lap sitter. unfortunately since moving in with my partner she has become the center of attention with a lot of aggression from the other cats and gets bullied a lot. ideal home for chickpea would be a place a quiet home with fewer pets as she has now become skittish around other animals. as long as she has someone she can cuddle with she’ll be happy.

Story
Meet Hershey’s — the most outgoing member of the Candy Litter! He’s curious, confident, playful, and absolutely convinced that whatever you’re doing is probably more interesting if he’s involved. He'll follow your broom while you're sweeping, meow at you, investigate everything around him, and happily launch into playtime with wand toys and every other toy you can throw his way. And when he’s done conquering the world? He’s ready for the important stuff: Churus, body massages, butt scratches, and PURRING. Hershey’s is that wonderfully social kitten who makes it easy to fall in love with him. He’s got the confidence to explore, the curiosity to keep life interesting, and the sweetness to make you wonder how you ever lived without him. To ensure our team can focus on their care and lifesaving work, we kindly ask that you refrain from calling or messaging for status updates.  Because we receive a high volume of applications, we are only able to contact those who are selected for the next steps and will not respond to every inquiry. Thank you for understanding and patience.  This kitty is spay/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, flea treated, and litter box trained.   MUST FOLLOW APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 1) Go to  https://petlover.petstablished.com/organization/1951865 and Click "adopt" on the kitten's profile you are interested in. Story
What would you do for a Klondike bar? How about a lifetime of snuggles with this handsome boy? Named after the big polar bear of the famous Ice Cream, he is the biggest of his litter (hence the Polar Bear) but is the mellowest one of the litter. He’s playful and always ready for wand toys, toy-filled adventures, and a good Churu… And this boy has THINGS TO SAY. Klondike is wonderfully vocal and will happily communicate with you about his opinions, his dinner, his toys, and probably why you took so long to bring him another Churu. Give him a body massage or a good butt scratch and prepare for a purr motor that just won’t quit. Klondike is the perfect combination of playful, affectionate, mellow, and chatty. Story
Reese’s is the kind of kitten who wants to know EVERYTHING. What’s that? What are you doing? What’s over there? Is that a toy? Is that a Churu?!  This curious little guy is sweet, affectionate, and wonderfully vocal. He loves being involved in whatever is happening and has no problem letting you know when he has something to say. And when playtime starts? Game ON. Wand toys, toys scattered everywhere, zoomies, adventures — Reese’s is here for all of it. Once the action winds down, he turns into a professional purr machine. Body massages? YES. Butt scratches? ABSOLUTELY. Churu? Obviously. Reese’s is the full kitten package: curious, playful, affectionate, social, and ridiculously cute.
