Please contact Renee at givethemahappylife@gmail to inquire about them!  Also, please add a little about your home and who lives there as well as any pets.  Thanks!   Plot twist: the only short-haired kitten in a litter of six Ragdoll mixes turns out to be the cuddliest of them all. Edemame (6 months) didn’t inherit the fluffy coat, but she inherited the signature Ragdoll sweetness. She’ll play in the morning, nap like it’s her job, and spend her afternoons searching for the nearest available lap. Bonus points if she can stare deeply into your eyes while she’s there. It may take her a minute to choose you… but once she does, you’re hers forever. And honestly? That’s the best kind of cat. Click here to watch a video of Edemame (Edie).February 23, 2026, 6:03 pm

Please contact Renee at givethemahappylife@gmail to inquire about them!  Also, please add a little about your home and who lives there as well as any pets.  Thanks!   Born in 2024, Asher is a handsome 2-year-old boy who showed up on the foster's doorstep a few months ago after being left behind when his family moved. From the moment she met him, he was incredibly friendly rubbing against her legs and asking for attention. He’d been living outdoors but since their meeting he is adjusting to the comfortable life indoors. Asher has been around other cats and gets along with most. He’s a sweet boy who loves to crawl into your lap for a cuddle or nap. Confident, playful, and sometimes independent, Asher can also be quite chatty. He’s truly a wonderful cat, and his future family will be very lucky to have him. He’d be happiest in a home with adults and older kids. Asher tested positive for FIV. This is a virus that can only be spread by deep bite wounds. FIV does not mean a shorter lifespan, if he is kept indoors and cared for, he will have a long happy life. Contact Renee if you have questions. To meet him, please email Renee at GiveThemaHappyLife@gmail.com February 14, 2026, 12:27 pm

Story
Raggy is a healthy and happy 8.5 yrs old sweetheart. He is a foodie who loves to communicate and often likes to have the last meow. He is strictly an indoor cat who has only been around adults and 1 other cat his entire life. Raggy will do best with someone who has cared for cats in a calm, zen home without small children and/or dogs or many cats. Raggy is afraid of loud noises, commotion, and intense people. Raggy loves all sorts of music and tv, during movie nights, he becomes a living, breathing throw pillow on your couch right by your side. During breakfast, he will talk to you, and listen intently to your every word. He is watchful, curious and funny. He is beloved and needs to be rehomed for circumstances not related to him. I'm committed to finding the perfect home for him, as he deserves the best. If Raggy seems like he would be the right fit in your family or be the kind of partner you would appreciate and you would like to meet him, please inquire further.

Story
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA:  Hi, I’m Oscar, a friendly young Ragdoll-mix male!  I enjoy human attention and like everyone I meet.  I love to sleep on my foster mom’s bed at night.  She describes me as “a playful, floppy sort of fellow, outgoing and goofy!” My pal Sterling and I are a bonded pair, and we need to be adopted together.  We've never been around dogs or children, but we get along great with other cats. I was born in approximately February 2024, have been fixed and am up to date on my shots. Please note: Oscar has chronically runny eyes as well as cherry eye, but these conditions do not seem to bother Oscar and his veterinarian has ruled out any infection. This is a Courtesy Post, and Oscar is in a private foster home in Pleasant Hill, California.  For more information, please contact Suzanne at suzannejo16@gmail.com. Please Note: This cat has not yet been tested for FIV/FeLV, to our knowledge. Potential adopters should confirm the cat’s status with the rescuer and should consult with their veterinarian for recommendations regarding testing.December 24, 2025, 10:10 pm

Story
Moma was a stray cat with a litter of four kittens running around my apartment complex during the summer of 2024. I started feeding them and realized she was pregnant. I was able to trap her and get the kittens. She was about to get spayed at the spca for their TNR program. After she recovered from the surgery I released her but she came right back inside later that night. I wasn’t planing on keeping her but she’s so cute and just wants to sleep and cuddle. The spca people said she was about 4 years old at the time so she about 5 now. She can be skidding with new people but is very curious. She hasn’t been around small children or dogs, just other cats.

Story
Jelly Roll and Blue Boy MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions Adoption Fee: $1100 for the pair A Ragdoll Cattery closed recently. The owner found it was much more work than she expected and soon after she started she decided not to continue. Purebreds Plus took in a group of her beautiful Ragdolls all of whom are about 1-3 years old. Three have gone home and Angelika and Latte are posted on our site. More will come soon as their vet appts are completed. These Ragdolls are all so young and fabulous I don't expect to have them long. Who wouldn't want them? Blue Boy and Jelly Roll are the best of friends. They arrived after the females came and shared a room together. They are so inseparable they must stay together. Blue Boy is the mildest of mild Ragdolls, not only in his easy going nature but also in the mild, soft colors of his cuddly, fluffy coat. He is a great dreamer, a deep thinker. You can see him in his separate bio posting. In contrast, his bonded pal, Jelly Roll, often has a bit more busy energy, curiosity and fun to him." Let's explore. What's over there? Can you wiggle a feather? Is it dinner time yet?. He loves attention and will climb in a lap for a nap and raise his hind end if you scritch him above his tail. He gets a little concerned when Blue Boy is out of his sight, looking all over. Most of these kitties were brought to this country from abroad but we don't know about these two who arrived with no microchips. (They are chipped now.) I would guess they are about 18 months old, still growing. They are considered adults when they get to being about three and a half years old. These boys are still babies. As they mature their colors will darken especially on their faces. These kitties have been combo tested negative / negative and are up to date with their FVRCP vaccinations, worming, flea meds etc. Ragdolls are known for being mellow, goodnatured, soft floofy kitties. Part of their heritage comes from Siamese cats ( this is where they get their blue eyes) and perhaps that gives them their very sensitive nature. They feel your emotions. These kitties need a particularly happy, quiet, peaceful home, no noisy toddlers or dogs, no loud music or commotion. They are cat friendly. With their elegant beauty they offer wonderful companionship. Loving their humans they need someone who is home a lot of the time. They, like all kitties, can bring you comfort and soft warmth in the dark of night. Some family will be so lucky to have this beautiful pair of best friends. Jelly Roll is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. He is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Jelly Roll (and Blue Boy) please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Harriet at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com If you are unable to reach Harriet please email us at info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Kitty loves to be around people. She is 6 years old now. She loves treats and to have all the space in the house.
