You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.wagoninn.rescuegroups.org Sammie is a handsome boy with impressive ears who is currently with our partner rescue in Louisiana. Sammie is hoping to come to NJ soon if we find a foster or adopter. We offer a foster-to-adopt trial for approved adopters. Sammie is a cute, friendly boy who likes toys. He is dog friendly and crate trained. With those ears, he was almost recruited by the CIA as a spy pup! He could be your best companion with a little love and patience! Sammie is fixed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines. His adoption fee is $450.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.   How to Adopt Me! If you are interested in learning more about me, and possibly making me part of your family, please go to    wagoninn.rescuegroups.org   . Click on the orange Online Adoption Application button to fill out an application. A Wag On Inn volunteer will be in touch soon! Story
Meet Brooke! She is a 6 month old mix breed, we are just guessing on her breed as we rescued her out of a ditch. She was found by herself and was about 4 weeks old. She was covered fleas and ticks and was full of worms. Once we dewormed her and nursed her back to health we started seeing her awesome personality come out. She is the sweetest little girl and is full of love to give. She is so sweet and is great with other dogs, cats and kids. She is utd on all her vaccines, utd on flea and tick prev, heart worm prev, microchipped and dewormed. she is full of love to give and is hoping you will give her a chance to give it.

Story
Ginger is a 1-year-old, 11-pound female rat terrier / chihuahua mix from Texas. She is adjusting slowly during her time in downtown Manhattan. Ginger enjoys perching in windows and watching the world from her safe place. She also loves to cuddle with her favorite person  She is learning “sit” and working on other obedience training. During her time with her foster family she has started the potty training process. Ginger is still working on her leash skills as she is not super excited about the outside world. She much rather cuddle with her human or dog companions. Ginger is very shy girl. She is very nervous with new humans but is curious when meeting new dogs. Her forever family will need to continue working with her to reinforce and advance the progress she’s been making. Ginger has done well in her crate during the evening, and doesn’t mind being crated during the day if need be, especially if she has a soft bed to curl up in. She loves to be cozy with her foster family and can often be found on someone’s lap or lounging in bed. She loves watching her friends in daycare play. Ginger is looking for a family that won’t require her to be active. Ginger is learning the city and will need a family who is patient and goes at her pace. She would be great with a family with another small dog or being an only dog. Due to her being shy she would do best with a family with older children.  Vaccinated for rabies, DA2PP, and bordetella. Neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. To apply for Archer, visit our website (www.waggytailrescue.org) for an adoption application. It is important to fill out an application as soon as possible for consideration, and we require a complete application for you to meet an animal. We are currently unable to respond to general email inquiries as an all-volunteer run rescue. If the animal is on our website, they are still available. Waggytail Rescue CANNOT guarantee the exact age of any adoptable dog, or final size of any of our adoptable puppies. We rely on the information provided to us by veterinarians, shelters, owner surrenders and other circumstances bringing the dog into our rescue. Adoptions: adopt@waggytailrescue.org ##2012361##

Story
Sweet Dixie was a adopted a couple of years ago to a very sweet lady in New Jersey. Sadly she unexpectedly passed away a couple of months ago and as she had no family, Dixie came back to us. She has adjusted very nicely but she needs to have a family of her own. Dixie was a street dog back in the day. She came to us with a litter of pups who were born under a trailer. She was a great mama and she was very thankful to have a stable home. She is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, crate trained and ready for immediate transport. Wouldn't you love to give her a forever home! PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION! ADOPTION FEE $350

Story
Meet siblings Sansa and Sydney, 5-month-old Rat Terrier and Dachshund mixes. Sansa is a female while Sydney is a male. They weigh 18-20 pounds now but are expected to mature to around 25 pounds. They both wear short black, tan, and white coats which are easy to maintain. Shy at first, they warm quickly, and their loyalty knows no bounds. They also both do well with other dogs.  Adopt Sansa or Sydney, (or both!) and let them fill your life with joy and companionship! (ME, 3/18/2024)  **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  April 18, 2024, 6:43 pm
