Story
Hi! I’m Rudy, dog 2 of the inseparable duo full of love and laughter. We're young, smart, and have tons of energy to play and explore. We might be a bit shy at first, but give us a moment, and we'll be your cuddly companions. We love being goofy and making our friends laugh with our funny antics. We're also very gentle and friendly, perfect pals for any family. We're looking for a forever home where we can share all our love. Adopt us for endless fun and friendship! Sadly, Lil Man and Rudy were abandoned in a small rural county in Mississippi. The mother and her three pups were homeless and were living in the woods when a local police officer contacted the rescue for help. The police brought the two males, Lil Man and Rudy, and their sister, Scarlet to the rescue. Scarlet went to a rescue in Maine leaving Lil Man and Rudy behind waiting. These 2 boys are so bonded that we wish they could go together. They absolutely adore each other. they were raised inside before becoming homeless, so they are house trained. We are looking for the perfect home for these two boys. They are the sweetest, most lovable dogs that anyone could ever want. They just need a loving home and a pet owner that is willing to love them. . This animal is being fostered in the South but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road.

Story
Introducing this unbelievably sweet, tender, gorgeous, doe eyed girl named Haven!! She and her siblings came into a crowded pound and everyone was admittedly shocked as it was the first time they’d seen baby ridgebacks come through those doors! They were sooo lovely and wonderful from the moment they arrived that thankfully a fantastic foster was happy to welcome them until they find forever homes! Haven is a beautiful big girl! She’s currently weighing 40 lbs and is 20 weeks old. She has gone to the vets, and everyone absolutely loves her! She’s had her vaccines completed, as well as deworming, microchipping, and spay. Some of her siblings have ridges but this girl is ridgeless. She is current on preventative and is a happy, healthy, amazing girl! Haven is an absolute love. She has a heart of gold and just feels like such an old soul, even though she’s a baby. She went into foster care and is so wonderfully loving with other animals, and with every person she meets. She’s great with cats and absolutely loves to bond with other dogs. She would be great in a home with other dogs, but it isn’t a requirement. She will be plenty happy with loving parents and doggy friends to play with. She’s a darling, brilliant pup and she’s doing great going potty outside reliably. She enjoys making new friends with kind humans and animals, she’s good in the car, and enjoys water. She’s a big girl with an even bigger heart! And she’s ready to give it to her new parents and love you always. She’s dreaming of a home with a yard and a cozy spot on the sofa where she can snuggle up with you at the end of the day! She has unlimited potential and is such a darling girl, she just needs to find the home she’s been dreaming of! If this beautiful, sweet girl is just who you have been waiting for and you’d love to rescue her, please visit www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org and submit an application for adoption today!! **NOTE** to ensure prompt response- please go directly to our website (www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org) to apply, or email (inquiries.rescuematch@aol.com) directly with any questions to ensure your inquiry/application is received by our organization. Story
Penny is a gorgeous Rhodesian ridgeback mix that weighs approximately 50 lbs and is the sweetest girl! She is approximately 1 year and 3 months old and was found in January of 2026 in a cemetery with about 12+ other dogs. She was fending for herself, finding food, water and shelter where and when she could. This awesome girl absolutely loves other dogs; big and small. She is currently being fostered in a sanctuary in south Texas, along the Texas/Mexico border. This amazing sanctuary is only a short term stop for this baby until their forever home is found. They are the ones who originally found her and got her to safety, before reaching out to us to help in placing their animals in the homes they deserve. She can be a little shy right at first, but it doesn’t take her long to warm up and become your loyal, best friend. Penny is very active and loves to romp around the yard and play with the other doggies. The happiest she is, is when she is with other dogs and they have toys to play tug-o-war with. We strongly recommend another dog or dogs in the home, or consistent doggy friends/doggy parks/doggy day-care that she can go to. Where Penny currently is, has pigs and she enjoys playing with them too! While she does love to play, she is very gentle when she does. She is not overly rough. She is a bit of an escape artist as she just enjoys being out and about. Penny is MOSTLY house trained, just needs consistency to master is 100% Penny loves car rides and walks okay on a leash, will need a bit more work on the leash to become perfect. She has great recall once she is familiar with the area. We learned she is an escape artist as she climbed a 4-foot fence and got out. But all she did was explore a little bit and then go to the front door of the home and wait to be let in. She is such a good girl! An ideal home for Penny would be one that is: Active, wants a dog that loves to go on adventures Wants a best friend, a dog that will be your shadow Has another active dog to play with and tire each other out The fosters favourite thing about Penny: That even after she was dumped and left to starve to death in the middle of nowhere, she still trusts people and is the sweetest, most loving baby. This animal is fixed (spayed/neutered), heart worm positive (they have received the 30-day course of antibiotics and need to stay on heart worm prevention for 12-16 months and be retested then), current on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, microchipped, current on de-wormer, and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport. PLEASE READ BELOW: To apply to adopt you can go to our website at: www.pawsitive-Impact-animal-rescue.org This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals out in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. We ONLY do adopt in Central US and the East Coast. The adoption fee listed ($495) INCLUDES transport from Texas to the Northeast. Transport goes to the following locations every 2-3 weeks: Albany, NY – Only one transport company goes here, once a month Wells, VT and Brattleboro, VT Nashua, NH – Only one transport company goes here, times vary Willington, CT - Stamford, CT - Dayville, CT Steubenville, OH – Cincinnati, OH – Grove City, OH Grove City, PA and Washington, PA – THESE STOPS ARE ON HOLD AS OF 7/1 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE Ridgefield, NJ and Mt Laurel, NJ Emmitsburg, MD and Elkton, MD Falls Church, VA and Glenn Allen, VA We have happily adopted hundreds of animals this way (long distance), and we do our best to make sure the animal you are applying for is best fit for your home. Story
Meet sweet, gentle, loving girl Harlow. She's an easy girl to have around and provides great company whether it be going for a walk, sunbathing in the yard, or playing with her favorite toys. She's so very gentle, loves human attention and engages well in her surroundings. She enjoys being doted on, receiving belly rubs and being the center of attention. She has that endearing hound hoot bark when she feels the need to alert you of something nearby. She enjoys being pet and really enjoys being brushed while laying down soaking up the warmth of the sun. She is playful with her toys - tossing them in the air, chasing after them, and enjoys the benefits of a good chew toy. This girl would be great in a home that is gentle yet active to keep her physically and mentally stimulated. A fenced in yard is a definite plus because she very much enjoys the freedom of lounging in the yard. She walks well on leash and is spayed, micro-chipped and up to date with vaccinations. She weighs approximately 85 lbs and estimated to have been born around 9/1/22. Please note, if you're not ready to adopt but would consider fostering Harlow, we would love to share with your what that means and how much of a positive difference you'd be making in a life of a dog that needs you.
