Meet Jack, a 7-8 month old,very good boy. His days are filled with playful antics and goofy moments that bring laughter to everyone around him. Jack loves to engage in games, especially if they involve a bit of friendly chasing or fetching. His funny expressions and joyful demeanor make every interaction memorable. Jack is not just a pet; he's a bundle of joy waiting to spread happiness in a loving home. Adopting Jack means embracing endless fun and Jack is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. She and her siblings came into a crowded pound and everyone was admittedly shocked as it was the first time they’d seen baby ridgebacks come through those doors! They were sooo lovely and wonderful from the moment they arrived that thankfully a fantastic foster was happy to welcome them until they find forever homes! Haven is a beautiful big girl! She’s currently weighing 40 lbs and is 20 weeks old. She has gone to the vets, and everyone absolutely loves her! She’s had her vaccines completed, as well as deworming, microchipping, and spay. Some of her siblings have ridges but this girl is ridgeless. She is current on preventative and is a happy, healthy, amazing girl! Haven is an absolute love. She has a heart of gold and just feels like such an old soul, even though she’s a baby. She went into foster care and is so wonderfully loving with other animals, and with every person she meets. She’s great with cats and absolutely loves to bond with other dogs. She would be great in a home with other dogs, but it isn’t a requirement. Sadly, Lil Man and Rudy were abandoned in a small rural county in Mississippi. The mother and her three pups were homeless and were living in the woods when a local police officer contacted the rescue for help. The police brought the two males, Lil Man and Rudy, and their sister, Scarlet to the rescue. Scarlet went to a rescue in Maine leaving Lil Man and Rudy behind waiting. These 2 boys are so bonded that we wish they could go together. They absolutely adore each other. they were raised inside before becoming homeless, so they are house trained. We are looking for the perfect home for these two boys. They are the sweetest, most lovable dogs that anyone could ever want. They just need a loving home and a pet owner that is willing to love him. This animal is being fostered in the South but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road.
