He is both house-trained and crate-trained—in fact, his crate is his happy place! When left alone, he prefers the security of his kennel, and even when his humans are home, he often chooses to relax there with the door open. This lovable senior does well on a leash and would thrive in a quiet, low-energy home with a patient adopter who understands that he needs time to adjust. While he hasn't been around young children, his gentle nature suggests he would be great with them. We don’t know how he is with cats, but he gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She was quickly placed into a loving foster home where she could safely deliver and raise her puppies. For six weeks, Lily devoted herself to being a wonderful mama, and during that time, her foster parents completely fell in love with her. When it was time for Lily to return to the shelter, they knew they couldn’t say goodbye. Her foster home became her forever home. 🏡💕 Lily spent her time there being loved, spoiled, and cherished just as she deserved. Sadly, following the recent passing of her owner, Lily has found herself back at the shelter and once again searching for a family to call her own. 💔 Lily knows what it feels like to be truly loved, and now we want nothing more than to find her another home where she can be loved, spoiled, and cherished for the rest of her life. She is an incredibly sweet and loving girl who simply wants to be close to her person. This mellow Boxer/Ridgeback mix is never going to be 25 feet tall like the fictional Clifford, but she's just as cute and friendly. In fact, Bailey is under three months old but already weighs almost twenty pounds. She's growing into the perfect pet for anyone seeking a king-sized canine. But Bailey offers so much more than bulk. She's gentle with older cats and dogs and, with the proper introduction, would be great with kids. Bailey is also very affectionate. She greets visitors with tail wags and kisses. As for family, she likes to sleep on or near her people. Occasionally Bailey paws gently at her foster for attention. She also loves belly rubs and playing with her squeaky toys, rope toys, or just her own feet!
