Story
Meet Buddy – A Gentle Soul Looking for His Perfect Match! Buddy is a senior Ridgeback/Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart full of love and a personality that shines once he feels safe. He may be shy at first and take some time to decompress, but once he’s comfortable, his sweet and gentle nature comes through. Buddy absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys their company. He is both house-trained and crate-trained—in fact, his crate is his happy place! When left alone, he prefers the security of his kennel, and even when his humans are home, he often chooses to relax there with the door open. This lovable senior does well on a leash and would thrive in a quiet, low-energy home with a patient adopter who understands that he needs time to adjust. While he hasn't been around young children, his gentle nature suggests he would be great with them. We don’t know how he is with cats, but he gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Buddy’s favorite toys are anything soft and squishy, and he enjoys the simple comforts of companionship. He would be the perfect match for someone looking for a loving, loyal companion who doesn’t need a high-energy lifestyle. With patience and understanding, Buddy has so much love and potential to share. Are you the kind soul ready to give Buddy the forever home he deserves? Story
"Hi, I'm Violet! I am a young female pup with lots of love to give! My foster mom made it her mission to rescue me after she noticed me living outside her neighborhood for weeks. Can you believe I was all alone? Foster mom was so worried about me that she started leaving food and water for me at my favorite sunbathing yards. She found these nice ladies who helped catch me using a magic box with yummy food. That was a little scary but it was worth it! I am super affectionate, friendly, playful, and gentle. I love playing with other dogs, but I haven't met any kitties or kids yet, so I'm not quite sure how I feel about them. I'm a bit timid, but if you give me a ball or a nice cozy spot we'll be besties. Foster mom says I do great in my crate and she'll tell you how much I love to cuddle. I may whine a bit when I'm alone but I can work on this if you give me some time. In my dream home i'd have doggie siblings and we would get to go on lots of walks and adventures! Here's to many games of fetch and lots of cuddles in our future!"

Story
Meet Toffee (brindle) and Heath (white), a bonded pair of one-and-a-half-year-old Catahoula mix brothers with an unshakable connection. These two grew up side by side and have been inseparable ever since. Toffee is hearing-impaired and looks to Heath as his guide and emotional support, while Heath takes that role to heart, always looking out for his brother. Both boys are friendly and affectionate, though they can be a bit timid in new situations. Once they warm up, their personalities shine—Heath is the energetic social butterfly, always ready for playtime or a walk, and Toffee brings a gentle, calming presence with his sweet, soulful eyes. They love running and playing together, whether it’s chasing each other around the yard or stretching out in the grass for a good nap. Their bond makes them the perfect team—Heath gives Toffee confidence, and Toffee keeps Heath grounded. They’re looking for a home that will embrace their unique connection and give them both the love, patience, and space to thrive. With Toffee and Heath, you’re not just adopting dogs—you’re gaining a loyal duo that will fill your life with double the love and twice the tail wags. Story
Available in TX, NE and the PNW! Meet Rover, a young Cur mix with an adventurous spirit and a heart full of love! This friendly, well-mannered pup is the perfect companion for an active family. Rover thrives on outings—he’s excellent at loading into the car, rides like a pro, and loves traveling to new places. He’s fantastic on a leash and remains calm in public, making him an ideal companion for strolls through the park, hikes, or trips to pet-friendly spots. Athletic and full of energy, Rover enjoys running, playing, and exploring. He has a special love for water and will happily splash around in a lake, pool, or even a kiddie pool on a hot day! He is also an excellent jumper and can clear a standard fence, so a secure yard or leash supervision is a must. He would thrive in an active household that provides plenty of exercise and adventure. Rover is wonderful with kids, making him a great playmate for a family with little ones. He also gets along beautifully with other dogs, cats, and even chickens, fitting right into a multi-pet household. Whether romping around with furry friends or snuggling up after a long day, Rover is happiest when he’s with his people. Fully potty trained, Rover is ready to settle seamlessly into his forever home. While he’s not the biggest fan of the crate, he’ll settle in for the night without a fuss. His easygoing and affectionate personality makes him a joy to be around. If you’re looking for a loving, athletic, water-loving companion to share your adventures, Rover is eager to meet you! He is being fostered in Texas. In state adoptions are $250. He can be transported out of state for an additional $300. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet Sissy, one of seven adorable pups born to our sweet mama Nala, who decided to make her grand entrance into motherhood right at our local animal control. Sissy is almost 9 weeks old, weighs in at 14 pounds, and is officially ready to trade in her siblings for a forever family of her very own. Mama is a lovely Basenji mix, and dad… well, he’s a mystery. Could be a neighbor’s dog, could be a charming stranger just passing through – we’ll never know. What we do know is that Sissy inherited all the cuteness and charisma needed to melt your heart on sight. She’s been raised with her brothers and sisters, so she’s got her puppy play skills down to an art. She loves to run, explore, and then crash for a good nap, usually right when you’re about to get up from the couch. If you’re ready for a little sass, a lot of sweetness, and a lifetime of love, Sissy is your girl.
