She is a GORGEOUS Border Collie/Rhodesian Ridgeback mix or Tri-Colored Rhodesian Ridgeback. Her personality is true to her breed! Xena's foster mom and dad have 3 other dogs that she likes to play with and share toys with, but she has also learned to be by herself. Her foster mom says she needs an active family with another dog or multiple dogs. Xena needs room to run to get her energy out. She likes going for long walks and exploring the wilderness. Xena sleeps with her foster mom and dad in bed with all the other dogs. It gets a bit crowded but she does love sleeping with the pack. This makes her feel safe. Xena does not like to be in a kennel or crate. So, a family that is at home would be ideal.She likes eating ice cubes! Xena says 'When mom gives me fresh water in a bowl she puts in extra ice cubes for me. That makes me feel special and loved.' Xena loves riding in a vehicle and knows not to jump around and act like a baby.She can walk on a leash pretty well as long as she has her harness on; Xena is not a fan of collars. She also knows a few commands like “stay”, “no” and “potty”.Xena will bark at strangers until she gets to know them. Her foster dad has taught her to fetch. She loves chasing the ball and bringing it back, it’s the letting it go part that she has a hard time with BECAUSE she also loves to play tug of war. Xena is also a fan of the Laser Light. She thinks they are fascinating!Xena is Special Needs because if and when she gets too excited she has seizures. The vet attributes this to a blow to the head as a puppy. Introducing Mama Hope... A mama who has known breeds far more than love. We pulled Hope during our shelter pull, and from the moment we saw her, we knew she deserved a chance. Her kennel sat right beside the small yards where we were temp testing dogs all day. Through all the chaos, all the barking, all the dogs coming and going…Hope never reacted once. She simply watched, wagged her tail, and pressed herself so hard against the kennel gate trying to get closer to people that her sweet little face scrunched up even more. And honestly? We are absolute suckers for mama dogs. Especially the ones the world overlooks. Hope is estimated to only be around 2–3 years old, but her body tells the story of being used over and over again. Sadly, mama dogs like Hope are often passed over because they don’t look “perfect” enough anymore. But to us? Hope is beautiful. She is gentle, loving, and so unbelievably grateful for human kindness. This girl wants nothing more than human touch, soft words, and someone to look at her with love. Even at the vet, through everything she’s been through, her tail never stopped wagging. Hope absolutely adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs too. During this shelter pull, we saved quite a few bully breed mixes. They are some of the hardest dogs to find homes for, but we refuse to let that stop us from giving them a chance. We love them, and they deserve to be loved too. Hope still needs a few months to heal before she can be spayed, but what she needs most right now is a foster home full of love. She is a little shy first but then warms up quickly, she is house and crate trained but will need more positive reinforcement. She does get along with other dogs and walks well on a leash. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped. She has a clean bill of health. The adoption fee is $245 and she comes with all her vet records. Bailey is a snuggly and spirited pup. She’s about 2 years old and full of energy. She’s playful, but also loves to cozy up and cuddle. We found her on the streets about a year and a half ago with the intention of finding her a new home but have been unsuccessful and now have a new baby so she’s become a bit more than we can handle. We just don’t have the time to give her the loving attention she needs. She’s great with other dogs (we have 2 others) and is also fond of trying to play with our cat (who could care less). We have young children whom she also loves to snuggle with. We’re hoping to find her a home where she can be loved and attended to in a way we aren’t able to.

He has a beautiful, silky, honey-brown coat and large beautiful eyes with natural black eyeliner complimenting those brown eyes. He is very handsome! He enjoys being a protector and is always eager to be by your side. He is great with kids and company but he can be protective when it comes to strangers. Moose does excellent in the car and really enjoys car rides. He has never cried in the car and will typically take naps. He is an excellent traveler. Moose really thinks he is a small boy but is actually on the larger side, he is a gentle giant. He is a large cuddle bug who enjoys lounging around on rainy days to snuggle up and watch a movie! He loves being affectionate by giving kisses and cuddles. He enjoys being both indoors and outdoors! Moose is kennel trained and really enjoys his sleep! He is known to snore occasionally when he gets into a deep slumber. He is so sweet and loving! He usually lounges around or waits for his favorite doggy treat when he is inside. When outdoors he has been known to bring sweet little gifts from time to time such as small bugs or pests, it’s just his way of showing how big his heart is.
