Story
**ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION IN FLORIDA ** Ever want a dog you can flip into “sport mode”? It’s me! Pick me!  I would love to do some doggie sports with you! In fact I thrive on them. I started out slow with fetch and learning how to walk nicely on the leash, but I'm ready to move on to bigger things. Maybe I'd enjoy dock diving or fast CAT. I have a high drive and want to please the humans I love, but I'm perfectly fine being crated. I would do best as an only dog or as a member of a crate and rotate pack. My adopter should have a fenced in yard that I can run in and have experience with sports dogs. I'm excellent when I get my energy out, but I can be destructive without exercise. About me: my name is Poe, I am a 3 year old now. I’m a neutered male with a factory tail. To apply to adopt go to lostangelsanimalrescue.org  Adoption Donation: $350.00March 9, 2026, 9:32 pm

Story
Hey everybody! My name is "Rembrandt", but only my dad calls me that. Everyone else calls me "Remy." I'm a young man of 1.5 years, and I'm quiet, calm, refined... JUST KIDDING! I'm a goofy, fun, cuddly, talkative, playful guy. And I'm SUPER handsome, or so my parents tell me! I'm a 70lb mixed breed; I know because mom and dad had a DNA test (whatever that is) done on me. They say I'm 24% Rottweiler and a 76% mix of handsome, sweet, and awesome. I LOVE swimming in the pool with my 12 year old human boy - he's my favorite! I follow him around and even get to sleep in bed with him at night. I went to a 2-week sleepaway obedience training camp at Gifmaf in January. Smart AND handsome! I love food and treats, but I get protective of them around other dogs, and I live with 3 other doggies. I got into a fight with my sister over a treat, so I sadly need a new home. I prefer an experienced family who will let me peacefully eat my meals in a calm place with no distractions. Bye!

Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi… I’m Freya 🖤🐾 I might look like a big, strong girl (I am a Rottweiler after all!), but on the inside I’m a soft, sensitive soul still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. I’m 4 years old, and I’ll be honest—I can be a little shy when I meet new people. I might hang back at first or act a bit nervous… but if you give me a little patience and kindness, I promise I’ll show you my true self 💕 Once I trust you? Ohhh, get ready… I am ALL love. I’ll greet you with the happiest wiggles, give you big hugs, and cover you in kisses. I might even be a little goofy sometimes 🤭 I love to play, especially with bigger dog friends, and I’m super food-motivated (snacks = instant best friend 🍖). I’m still learning things like “sit” and “stay,” but I’m trying really hard! I’ll need help practicing my manners—sometimes I get excited and forget to use a toy instead of my mouth—but I’m a smart girl and eager to learn. The kind of home I dream about 🏡: * A fenced backyard where I can run and play safely * A family with kids older than 10 * No cats, please * An active family who will help me build confidence and show me love I’d do best with people who understand that I need a little time to warm up—but once I do, I’ll be your most loyal, affectionate companion. I didn’t have the easiest start in life, so I just need someone to show me that I’m finally home 💖 Will you be my person? 🐶 Adoption FEE: $300 which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. Story
🐾 Meet Archie! 🐾 This pocket Rottie/Boxer/Dobie… something mix is extra special — and incredibly lucky to be alive after being hit by a car. ❤️ At around 30lbs and almost full grown, Archie is the perfect compact size with the cutest crooked little tail and a major underbite that make him absolutely unforgettable. Archie is wonderful with dogs, cats, kids, and pretty much every person he meets. He’s playful, goofy, affectionate, and EXTREMELY clingy — like stage 7 clingy. 😂 He loves being with his people and wants to be involved in everything you do. Because he loves attention so much, he can get a little jealous if other dogs try to steal the spotlight, so his future family should continue working on polite manners and boundaries. This boy loves toys of all kinds, especially fetch, and keeping him mentally stimulated is just as important as physical exercise. He’s also very curious about water play… though he hasn’t quite worked up the courage to fully dive in yet. Archie walks well on leash and is almost completely housebroken, but he still needs routine, consistency, and supervision to continue succeeding. He also has a typical young-dog habit of chewing things he shouldn’t, so crating when unattended and redirecting appropriately are important. If you’re looking for a goofy, loyal, hilarious little shadow to keep life entertaining, Archie may be your perfect match. 🖤

Story
Ophelia “Ophe” is the absolute sweetest dog. She is 13 years old but in great shape for her age. She loves to cuddle and is loyal to her bones. We are devastated to have to make the decision to rehome her due to our one year-old constantly bullying her. She deserves a more peaceful home in her last years and I hoping we can find someone that can give her the attention that she deserves.
