I might hang back at first or act a bit nervous… but if you give me a little patience and kindness, I promise I’ll show you my true self 💕 Once I trust you? Ohhh, get ready… I am ALL love. I’ll greet you with the happiest wiggles, give you big hugs, and cover you in kisses. I might even be a little goofy sometimes 🤭 I love to play, especially with bigger dog friends, and I’m super food-motivated (snacks = instant best friend 🍖). I’m still learning things like “sit” and “stay,” but I’m trying really hard! I’ll need help practicing my manners—sometimes I get excited and forget to use a toy instead of my mouth—but I’m a smart girl and eager to learn. He's fine to just lay and chill all day with his people 2 good walks a day and some play is all this boy needs He needs to stay on a high protein/fat diet to maintain weight Just wants someone to love and give him his best life A note from foster- He is a lovely boy and has done very well! He loves to play and hang out. At bedtime he is happy to run to his crate for his nighttime cookie! He loves to sunbathe in the yard and watch the world go by. He's good with the female dog he is paired with for play. He also loves the water hose!! He goes bananas to get wet. With a simple leave it, he will not chase the water spray. Overall he is going to make someone a wonderful dog! A little patience at first does a world of wonders for him to warm up quickly. He can look a little intimidating at first, especially when he jumps up on his kennel, but don’t let that fool you — he’s truly a gentle soul.
