Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)

Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Choi is one strong guy! Most of the time he is tough and determined, but once he accepts you into his circle he is a real cuddle bear. He is so very loyal. Choi enjoys spending his days doing lots of tricks for treats, playing ball, and getting all the pets he can. Sometimes he'll even sit on your lap! When we first rescued Choi he had no leash manners or training. His reactivity and protective behaviour was very intense. Throughout the months of working with him we have seen a huge change in Choi. He is extremely food motivated and enjoys structure. He would benefit from someone who is active, has experience with dogs of his demeanor, and will have the time to continue his training long term. Choi would do best in an adult only home with no other pets, in a quiet environment. He can still be reactive towards dogs, vehicles, and strangers at times. Choi could go to a home with teens depending on the family's experience as a whole.

Story
Get ready to meet Dexter!I'm a lovable 8-year-old Rottweiler with a big heart and big smile! I may be over 90 pounds of pure love, but don't let my imposing stature fool you-I'm a big softie at heart who adores nothing more than cozy beds and full dog bowls. I move through life at my own leisurely pace and am on the lookout for a home where I can soak up the sun and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.I will thrive in an experienced dog home, specifically one that has a slower pace where I can spend my days lounging. I can be particular about the people I bond with and would do best in an experienced dog home where I can really shine and show my true colours! If I sound like the dog for you, please reach out to my friends at the OSPCA York Region to set up a meet and greet! Lots of love, -Dexter Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 44.2 Age: 8yrs 1mths 3wks

Amor is the sweetest girl you will ever meet who loves lots of cuddles and is very affectionate. Our volunteers regularly spend time in her room cuddling with her and she truly appreciates it. She also enjoys going for walks with her people and is very playful. Unfortunately she does not get along with other dogs or cats and will need to be the only dog in the home. On her walks she can be reactive to other dogs, but she is learning to walk by them comfortably.
