Learn more hereAt 7 years old and 65 pounds, Cappy is a handsome senior with quiet confidence and charm. He was found tied up outside the shelter with many wounds. All healed now, he's enjoying the comforts of his foster home while he waits for his forever family. His foster reports he’s an excellent house guest! This sweet boy is house-trained and caught on to his routine quickly. He’ll even let you know when it’s time to go out. His favorite place? Curled up next to his humans on a comfy couch. He sleeps soundly through the night and loves a little sunbathing during the day. Cappy has arthritis, likely from an old injury, so he keeps things low-key. Gentle strolls, soft beds, and lots of love are all he needs. He’s great on leash and enjoys short “sniffaris” around the block. When it comes to other dogs, Cappy is generally calm and polite with those his size, though he might be too much for smaller pups. With slow introductions, or as your one-and-only, he’ll shine. Gus is the definition of chill. When he's not trying his best to sit in your lap or rest his head against you, he's most likely sun bathing or bird watching. He was extremely tolerant and respectful of our large high-energy shepherd. He is crate trained and will often go in his crate on his own when bedtime comes around, as well as being very respectful of our space whenever we needed a break or were busy. He can be a bit reactive towards other dogs and cars while on leash, but this can lessen with training and someone willing to work with him. Gus would be perfect for a homebody or family who want a loyal companion to enjoy cuddle time.

Shadow is a gentle and gorgeous four-year-old Sharpei mix with a soft white coat and an even softer heart. While he can be shy at first, especially around new people, Shadow quickly warms up and reveals his sweet, playful spirit. One of Shadow’s most endearing quirks is his signature “kangaroo hops.” When he’s excited or happy, he bounces with pure joy, turning even an ordinary greeting into a heart-melting moment. His foster describes how he lights up when they come home, leaping around the house with happiness. Shadow is both potty and crate trained, and though he’s still learning to walk confidently on a leash, he’s making steady progress. He understands simple commands like sit, down, and come, especially when there’s food involved — treats, particularly duck treats, are his greatest motivator. Once he trusts you, Shadow is very gentle when taking them. Though he doesn’t care much for toys, Shadow thrives on human connection. He's great with adults, kids, cats and other dogs. Recently fully vetted, she’s now ready to find the forever home she deserves. Unlike many bulldogs, Reece doesn’t suffer from allergies or major breathing concerns—a rare and welcome trait! She’s a solid girl with lots of lovable rolls and could benefit from regular exercise to shed a few pounds. Reece is both house and crate trained, affectionate yet playful, and has that classic bulldog mix of sass and stubbornness. Reece was raised with toddlers and multiple dogs and has done well, but she would thrive most as an only dog or possibly with a well-matched, submissive canine companion.
