I've been waiting for about three-plus years for a home and that's a bit sad, but I'm still hopeful my person or people will come along. I only weigh about 50 lbs and am an affectionate snuggle bug. I prefer to be the only dog in the home and prefer people to dogs so would do best with a single person, a couple or a family with older kids. I'm not a fan of cats either, so no kitties for me please. I am in great athletic shape and still love to go for walks and hikes. And I love the water! I also love the fresh air and the feeling of the sunshine on my back. Could you foster or adopt me please? I'm currently in California, but can be transported to you in Washington.

So I have a mini multi colored Shar Pei. He only weighs 40 lbs and is shorter than normal Shar Pei’s. He is super friendly with both people and dogs. He barks when people knock on the door and is super friendly when they are let in the house. He turns 3 on August 16th. He loves to walk and go to dog parks. His shots are up to date. The reason for his adoption is that my son can no longer keep him as his girlfriend is allergic to dogs. I am really looking forward to a person who has a home with a backyard. Have you ever heard on the TV, well a hoarder's house has been raided and ... animals have been seized and sent to the pound or rescue organizations in the area.... WELL, we are FROM just that kind of situation :( The good thing is we were SAVED... the bad thing is that we had to ENDURE the neglect and disgusting home. The BEST thing is we were ALL SAVED by a rescue group who REFUSED to leave even ONE behind...... 30 dogs/pups ALL AT ONCE has been taxing and motivating for the rescuers. If you watch our video, the situation was very very challenging but our rescuers worked their butts off to save us. We are almost all ready for adoption, all the pups are social and ready for their furever homes! The young adults and adults are a little more shy but have been working really hard with our rescuers to be ready for YOU!! We are a unique "breed" mix, lol. Aunts/Uncles/Parents/SIblings... all "living" together. We have Shar Pei, Scruffy dogs, Pit Bull, and maybe Spaniel mixed in there :D We are all pretty much medium sized, 20-50# and cute as HECK!!
