I have medium energy, so it would be great if my new family has a yard. I’m working on my manners, house and crate training. My foster mom thinks I’m really smart. Sweet Sandy is about 6yrs old and she weighs 50lbs. Sandy is a happy, friendly girl that is overdue for her own forever home. She has been moved around quite a bit in the last few years. She is currently in boarding and here is what her caretakers have to say about her: “Meet Sandy! This sweet and spunky ~50lb, six-year-old Shepherd mix is ready to find her forever home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Sandy is a wonderful dog, and has an adorably unique underbite smile! Sandy is the perfect mix of playful and well-mannered. She has an energetic spirit and loves going on walks, hikes, and any outdoor adventures you’ll take her on. A big fan of water, she’ll happily splash around and play to her heart’s content. She walks well on a leash, seems to know some basic commands, and has a friendly, easygoing demeanor that makes her a joy to be around. Sandy has also done well with other dogs in our care! Whether you’re hitting the trails or just enjoying time in the backyard, Sandy will be your loyal and lively sidekick. Have you ever heard on the TV, well a hoarder's house has been raided and ... animals have been seized and sent to the pound or rescue organizations in the area.... WELL, we are FROM just that kind of situation :( The good thing is we were SAVED... the bad thing is that we had to ENDURE the neglect and disgusting home. The BEST thing is we were ALL SAVED by a rescue group who REFUSED to leave even ONE behind...... 30 dogs/pups ALL AT ONCE has been taxing and motivating for the rescuers. If you watch our video, the situation was very very challenging but our rescuers worked their butts off to save us. We are almost all ready for adoption, all the pups are social and ready for their furever homes! The young adults and adults are a little more shy but have been working really hard with our rescuers to be ready for YOU!! We are a unique "breed" mix, lol. Aunts/Uncles/Parents/SIblings... all "living" together. We have Shar Pei, Scruffy dogs, Pit Bull, and maybe Spaniel mixed in there :D We are all pretty much medium sized, 20-50# and cute as HECK!! If you have ever wanted to adopt a rescued dog that NEEDS the best home, WE ARE WAITING RIGHT HERE!!! Please watch our video, empathize with us AND our rescue family and ADOPT!!!!
