Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!!!  GSD LOVERS - TAKE A LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY!!! Please meet Bella, a 3.5 year old, 60lb, spayed female German Shepherd Dog.  She is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped and heartworm negative.  Generally considered dogkind's finest all-purpose worker, the German Shepherd Dog (GSD) is an agile, muscular dog of noble character and high intelligence. Loyal, alert, and protective, the German Shepherd is truly a dog lover's delight!  This describes miss Bella to a T!  Bella has worked so har to overcome a bit of a rough start in life. She was abandoned by her person in rural southern Colorado, which must have broken the loyal girl's heart. She was scared and on the run for nearly two weeks.  With the whole town of Swink. CO trying to help her, Bella did eventually get moved on to the (local) shelter alone and afraid. Fortunately, Two Blondes All Breed Rescue gave her a shot at a new life; rescued her from the shelter and sent her to a comprehensive board and train program. She learned many skills in training including sit, down, stay, kennel, wait, and is perfectly house trained. She also got a great start in learning to trust people again. Now, Bella has been part of a loving foster home for the past few months where she has learned how to be part of a family.  Although she still needs proper introductions to new situations, this empathetic creature now warms up to new people within a few seconds. She is great with other dogs her size and Bella LOVES to play!  Bella is SMART and she thrives with both mental and physical stimulation.  Her foster family takes her hiking and has started doing agility work with her.  She's a champ at both!  Bella's perfect home would include an active person or family, with or without other dogs her size (probably best for her to avoid living with smaller dogs or cats as her prey drive and exuberance might be a bit much for them).  Bella also does very well with children but again, size and age appropriate children should be a consideration if younger ones are not used to big dogs. If you are looking for a dog to help you embrace Colorado's active lifestyle, Bella's your girl!  Please do not hesitate to complete an application to meet Bella today! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##1592144##
