Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Transferred from City Of Liberal Animal Shelter From the foster: Meet Serenity. A sweet 7 month old pup that is as gentle as they come and always has a smile on her face. She has a playful spirit and thrives on affection and togetherness. She is working hard on building confidence and is a little timid at first with new experiences but her trust grows daily with gentle encouragement. Serenity promises endless cuddles, joyous playtime, and lots of fun. She adores children and other dogs. She would be a wonderful addition to any family! From the previous shelter: Serenity is still a little unsure of people at times. We believe she needs shown that not everyone is going to hurt her. This sweet girl needs a family that is going to show her what it is to be loved & cared for. We believe she will be someone's best friend once they earn her trust! Not to mention, she is the cutest little thing! www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Came from a litter of 7, was found as strays and brought to the Wolfforth shelter. Pups were taken into the care of Littlefeild Pet Haven where they were vetted. From the foster: Are you looking for a true snuggle bug? Someone sweet and cuddly? Sam is pure sweetness. Sam loves cuddling up with you and sleeping the day away. He has bursts of energy where he loves chase and wrestling with his littermate and foster brother then going back to nap or chew on his favorite bones. Sam is a smart cookie! He was a little nervous at first walking on a leash, not understanding the objective, and now rocks it. He waits politely at the gate for you to clip on his leash and go out for an adventure. He picks up routines very quickly and impressively. At first he wasn’t sure about the people we met and now everyone is his best friend! He loves full body scratches and little kid snuggles! He is progressing well on potty training. He sleeps in a pen beside the bed and does a good job asking when he needs to go out. He will also do all his business on leash. Sam does great with other dogs! He shows no food aggression eating with three other dogs. He seemed quite excited when he got his own bowl. He’s so food excited that he dives in right away and your alpha dog just goes, ‘it’s okay he can have mine.’ Sam is kennel trained and will go straight into a kennel when leave you by setting a yummy treat inside. (He loves the fluffiest blankets). Not a peep as you leave or when you’re away. The kennel is a safe spot. He even collects toys in his foster brother’s kennel. In addition to it being in a quiet spot, it’s piled high with the snuggliest blankets and soft bed. Sam went from living on the streets with his siblings to sleeping curled up on your legs or snuggled into your neck. He is so chill and trusting that when he slid off me hard, fast asleep, hitting the floor with a soft thud, I scooped him back on laid him on my chest and he never woke up. Just more snuggles. It’s rare to find a pup such at ease and so content. He is not a skittish boy. Just easy going. For Christmas, he got his own tie-dye hoodie and seems to love it. Clothes are silly but oh so fun when they love them! Some of Sam’s favorite things: Sam is highly treat motivated and will eat them so fast, he doesn’t even know there’s a pill inside. He will need work to take them politely, (but that could be because his littermate is equally excited about getting treats.) He was so excited when he discovered his first rib bone then more excited to find a water buffalo horn then kneecap but his little mind was blown over the Himalayan milk chew. He also enjoys a rawhide stick at bedtime. He’ll take to his best treats to a quiet, safe place (like his foster’s brother kennel) to enjoy his pig ear or snout. He’ll even munch down on zucchini as he quietly lays on the kitchen floor as you make dinner. He is wonderful about not begging while you’re cooking and is learning manners while you eat. But his most favorite thing in the world is snuggling with you. **he’s so wonderful, I’d keep him forever if I could. He is a rare and special soul. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

What we know: Came from a litter of 7, was found as strays and brought to the Wolfforth shelter. Pups were taken into the care of Littlefeild Pet Haven where they were vetted. From the foster: Rowen is a snuggle bug while also being sure guy with a brave heart. Between him and his littermate, he’ll take the stairs first, testing the way as you encourage him, and being highly treat motivated helps. He took the doggie door first after his foster brother. He was the first to meet the neighbor and her daughters. The first to step out of the gate on his walk. He has a steady and easy going demeanor. Rowen loves to play both wrestling and tug-of-war with any dog friend willing to play even if they’re 10 times his size. Rowen is a smart cookie! I’ve been blown away on how quickly he picks up routines and politely sits for a treat before trying to beat his little mate to it. He goes directly into his pen at night to go to sleep. Sometimes he has more energy and takes a minute to settle but sleeps almost through the whole night. With being a smart and brave little guy, he waits politely at the gate to go for a potty walk. He does wonderful on a leash and picked up very quickly how to have leash manners by watching his foster brother and sister. He also does all his business on leash. Rowen is doing well on potty training and will go to front door knowing he’s supposed to go outside. Rowen is kennel trained. He will go straight into his kennel with a yummy treat. He lets out a whimper at first but then quiet until he hears your car pull into the garage with a happy bark. He’s quiet while you’re away. For Christmas, he got his own tie-dye hoodie and was so chill when I put it on him like he’d worn a dozen. Just making him even more handsome. And he is so very handsome. Some of Rowen’s favorite things: Rowen loves food and treats. Especially the bougie! He loves rib bones, kneecaps, Himalayan milk chews, pig snouts, pig ears and even zucchini. But his most favorite thing is snuggling with you! How this guy hasn’t been taken to his forever home, I have no idea. He is a treasure. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt
