He was found running loose in a subdivision, charming everyone he met. Much like his fellow canine adventurers, he was rescued multiple times, but his determination to roam led him to cleverly dig his way out of every yard he was placed in. He is eager to trade his escaping days for a secure yard and a forever family who can give him the attention and secure environment he craves. Pickles is a true social butterfly who thrives on human interaction and affection. He promises to be a delightful addition to any family. He was born around 12/03/2024 and weighs 14.9 pounds.  During his vet visit, it was noted that he has a Grade 1 heart murmur, which is the mildest form of the condition and is easily manageable. This little diagnosis hasn't slowed him down one bit! If you’re looking for a joyful, affectionate companion who is full of life and personality, Pickles is your perfect match. His adoption fee is $400. You can apply to bring this sweet boy home today at www.adoggie4you.org. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Salty Dog was found on the street. He is very scared and still unsure of people. He will need someone with a lot of time and patience to allow him the time and space he needs to start trusting you. Salty Dog will need a secure fenced in yard where he can be safe as he is learning to trust people. He would do best in a quieter home with 2 or fewer dogs so he can get the attention he needs. Would not be good in an apartment. Salty Dog is $300 to adopt, about 22 pounds, and 5 years old. She’s a sweet and sensitive companion who is still learning to feel safe in a big, sometimes overwhelming world. Violet tends to be hypervigilant around strangers and is easily startled by unfamiliar sounds or sudden movements. She is mostly house-trained and reliably goes potty outside, though she may have occasional accidents when feeling nervous or unsettled. With a peaceful temperament, Violet has never shown aggression—only barking when startled or scared, particularly by unfamiliar people or nighttime noises. She was surrendered to us because the resident dog in her previous home wasn’t a good match for her sensitive personality, and we believe she would do best with a calm or confident canine companion. Violet is looking for a quiet, patient home where she can build trust at her own pace, and she’ll thrive with someone who understands that love sometimes means going slow, offering reassurance, and celebrating small victories.
