Me, my sisters and brother lost our mom to hospice and now we are in a foster home in Mexico because we needed our teeth cleaned and we had hernias. Story

Star Bella is a 7-year-old Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise mix. I adopted her in 2017 shortly after my medical discharge from the Navy, and while I hate to see her go, I want to find her a home where she can be happy and loved.Star Bella is:• The epitome of a lap dog who is great with kids• Fully house trained and comfortable relieving herself on various outdoor surfaces• Able to hold her urine for 12-14 hours (and can go longer between bowel movements)• A playful "beggar" who will politely ask for a taste of whatever you're eating• Spayed, microchipped, and quick to warm up to new dogs or people after a shy startShe is a sweet, affectionate companion who has been a loyal friend for years. She can be a bit skittish with loud noises, but she settles in quickly once she feels safe and is looking for a wonderful new family to cherish her.💰 Rehoming fee: $0

Story

Meet Hank! Adoption fee $450 Hank and two other pups kept coming to a house for food and water. After several days of the pups showing up and no one claiming them they were picked up. We got them into foster homes and cleaned up right away. They were all filthy! Hank was a little slow to warm up but once he did he was running around the house. He loves to snuggle. He is really close with one of the other dogs Bobby. We aren't sure if they are brothers or father/son. What we do know is they are all super cute! Hank is neutered, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and 4DX (tick/heartworm test) negative. Hank is approximately 1-2 years old and weighs 14 pounds. Story

Meet Biscuit! Adoption donation is $750 - we do not do out of state adoptions Biscuit was born in our care and has been living with his mom and foster family. He is now 7 weeks old and ready for his forever home. Although he is not ready to finalize his adoption he will be considered foster to adopt. He does not need another foster family he needs a permanent family. What is foster to adopt? Foster to adopt is about taking in your forever pup and teaching them all the things puppies need to know. It's about taking to any vet appointments they need until everything is done. Once all medical is complete we can finalize the adoption YAY!! We can provide you with what ever you need until the adoption if final. Please remember that puppies are like toddlers. They chew on things, don't listen, and go potty where ever they feel like!! If you are not up for this please don't apply. This is a 15-20 year commitment. With that said we will ALWAYS go with the best fit. We do not do first come. We are here for the animals and that may be a disappointment for you but it's how we roll! Once your application is received, the adoption committee will review. If the application is approved someone will set up a time to chat with you. If that goes ok then a home check is done. If you are approved for adoption we set up a time for you to meet with the pup. The adoption fee will be paid when the pup is picked up. We are considered the pups owners until the adoption is final. All things about him have to go through the rescue prior to the adoption being finalized. To meet Biscuit, please fill out the application https://new.shelterluv.com/form/other/PAWP/149348-foster-to-adopt-application
