For more information on any of our pets, please feel free to email us at INFO@HUMANEMORGAN.ORG give us a call at 706-343-9977. All dogs are heartworm negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. All cats are FeLv/FIV negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. We are open 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday, we schedule our last adoption at 4pm everyday to allow our staff enough time to feed and walk dogs. We are an animal shelter and therefore are not able to individually potty train our residents. Many adult dogs do arrive “house broken” however due to animal behavior any change in environment will make an emotional impact on the animals and therefore initiate unwanted behaviors during the acclamation period. Please keep this in mind. Puppies do not have the biological maturity to maintain absolute bladder or bowel control and will require a certain degree of potty training and house breaking. Please consider the time and commitment it takes to provide the necessary building blocks for these special babies, prior to submitting your application. He knows shake, sit and rollover. He is kennel trained. He's very chill energy wise. He takes a little bit to warm up to bigger dogs but once he's cool with them everything's good. Biggies is also great with cat's but he will chase them only to play. And currently biggie is in a foster with 9 other dogs and 4 cats and does great. Bruno has been with us since he was a puppy. He is now 11 years old. We need to re-home him as he has bit our oldest son and growls at our toddler. He has bitten my son and a niece of mine because she got too close to our face. We have tried to work with him with his behaviors, occasional potty accidents and biting but at this time we can no longer risk having home with our toddler. We feel it's just a matter of time before he bites our little one. We would like to find him a loving home, someone that can love him and take care of him, give him the training and attention we cannot give him at this time. Please message if interested.
