Jojo is a 3 year old female Shih Tzu/Bichon mix that needs a new home. Weighing in around 12 lbs, she is a very friendly and playful girl, but her constant allergy problems need more attention than our family can give. She is great with kids and loves to play fetch. She is potty trained and also accustomed to being in a crate for periods of time, if needed. She was purchased from a breeder in the Atlanta area. She is microchipped and current on vaccinations. Please let me know if you want a loving companion and have time to give her to extra attention she needs.

Hi, I’m Bear I might look like a big brave guy, but truthfully, I’m a gentle soul who just needs a little time to feel safe. When I first came to my foster home, I was very nervous — especially around men. I wanted to be friendly, but I wasn’t quite sure if I could trust everyone yet.The good news? I’m getting braver every single week.At first, I wouldn’t sit with my foster mom for very long. Now? I’ve just started climbing right into her lap (which I think is a big accomplishment!). I’m still working on feeling completely comfortable, but I’m trying my best.I’m a very sweet and quiet boy. I hardly ever bark — just a few times since I’ve been here. I’m not destructive at all, and I’m perfectly fine relaxing on my own if you need to step out for a few hours. I like having my calm, cozy space.I’m housebroken and I try really hard. I did have a few accidents when I first arrived, but that’s pretty normal in a new place. Recently, if there are people outside in the yard, I get a little too nervous to go out — and that’s when I might have an accident. With patience and reassurance, I know I’ll keep improving.What I’m really looking for is someone patient and kind who understands that building trust is a journey. Once I feel safe, I’ll show you just how loving and loyal I can be. Lap sitting is just the beginning. If you give me time, I promise I’ll give you my whole heart.xo Bear

We take comfort in each other&#44 learn from each other&#44 and honestly... life just feels better together.<br/><br/>Bear here: Im the quieter&#44 sensitive guy of the duo. I can be a little nervous at first&#44 especially around new people&#44 but once I feel safe&#44 I turn into a total sweetheart. Ive recently discovered that laps are pretty amazing&#44 and Im getting braver every day. Im not much of a barker&#44 Im not destructive&#44 and Im happiest in a calm home where I can relax and feel secure. Angel helps me feel confident - when shes nearby&#44 I know everything is going to be okay.<br/><br/>And Im Angel! I like to think my name fits me perfectly. Im gentle&#44 loving&#44 and a little more outgoing than Bear. I help show him that new things arent so scary. Im happy to soak up attention&#44 and I also love just being close to my people. If Bear is the quiet shadow&#44 Im the soft little light nudging him forward.<br/><br/>Together&#44 were:<br/>-Sweet and well-mannered<br/>-Mostly quiet (we prefer cozy conversations over barking)<br/>-Housebroken (with the usual adjustment period in a new home)<br/>-Content relaxing while youre away for a few hours<br/><br/>What were looking for is a patient&#44 loving home that understands we may need a little time to settle in. Bear might take a bit longer to warm up&#44 and Ill be right there encouraging him.
