Hannibal is a 8-month-old Shih/Aussie mix who is up to date on all his shots. He is playful, friendly, and loves toys and playing with kids. He has a sweet personality and enjoys being around people. Hannibal is kennel trained and sleeps in his kennel at night without any issues. He does not pee in his kennel. He is doing well with potty training and goes outside to pee. We are looking to rehome Hannibal because, unfortunately, caring for a young dog has become too much responsibility for my parents. This decision was not made lightly, and our priority is finding him a loving home. We are seeking someone who has the time, patience, and compassion to care for a young, active dog and who is looking to add a loving companion to their home. Hannibal would do best with someone who can continue his training and give him the attention he deserves. Leo is a total goofball—he’ll keep you laughing with his antics—but he’s also incredibly loving and just wants to be close to you. Whether he’s playing or curled up in your arms, he’s happiest being part of the action. He’s still learning potty training and routines like any young puppy, but he’s smart and eager to learn. Lucy is a soft, sensitive little girl with the sweetest heart. She is 7# and 3 months old. She can be a bit unsure of new things right now, but all she truly wants is to feel safe, loved, and close to her person. Pick her up and hold her like a baby, and she’ll melt right into you—she absolutely thrives on comfort and reassurance. Lucy has a playful puppy side too. She enjoys toys, exploring, and being near her people. She’s still learning the basics (including potty training) and is currently working on puppy pads. With a little patience and love, Lucy is going to blossom into the most loyal, affectionate companion. She’s the kind of dog who will form a deep bond and love her person with her whole heart. Story
Magic is an about 5 year old dog (estimated age) found on the street this past fall (2025). He was found unconcious and was brought to a veterinary hospital which is where I adopted him from. He is a very sweet boy who loves to cuddle once he gets to know someone. He likes shorter walks/hikes and running around/sniffing off leash. I am rehoming him because I would like a dog that wants to run with me and he is not into running at a steady pace for long distances. He does take a little bit to warm up to new people but will be so loyal once he knows you. It took him a very short time to warm up to me once he understood I was taking care of him. He has a history of biting one person when they picked him up while he was eating, he had just met this person and otherwise he has not had any issues. I do not think he would be great with small children as he needs people he does not know very well to go slow with him. He does well with other dogs and has gotten used to cats.

This adorable 4-year-old, 10-pound Shih Tzu mix loves to snuggle and shower his people with affection. He’s already proving to be a sweet little companion with a big heart. PJ is nervous, and should not be in a home with children under 16. He LOVES cats the grumpiest of felines will quickly become his best friend, no chasing here just pure love and companionship. Stay tuned for updates as we get to know this little guy better — we can’t wait to share more about him! 💙 If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. MBR Farm is offering ONE Free Private Training session for dogs adopted from us in the month of March. That is a $125 value. Any additional session will be discounted to $80 per private session for an unlimited amount of sessions. No limit, no time limit. Your first session must be completed before May 1, 2026. After May 1st the cost of your first session will be a discounted rate of $100.
